As a single female, security is important. That includes doors that work and lock and street lights that work. Several street lights have also been broken for over a year. The unit itself and other available amenities are nice.

The maintenance is poor, the wall and carpet in the hallways are dirty, the trash shut door is broken since last year , there are rats surrounding the trash room . Etc

I am neutral on this because for the price I have friends and other people I know who would not want to pay this much money without a working access door system. I also play alot of sports and have friends who are the same. With that risk of injury there, not knowing whether I will be able to use the elevator from the bottom level of the garage would scare me from recommending the community to them.

Carpets are dirty, Garage door doesn’t work,2 of the elevators every other day are not working, doors are open kind of not safe.

The rent is higher and the stuffs inside of apartment is not new and all the time needs for maintenance
