The community was absolutely beautiful. However, for the high prices in rent I would expect a little bit more offered in regards to amenities inside and outside of the apartment, etc. Otherwise, the interiors were great. The granite counter tops and the color schemes in the apartments were very nice and easy to match furniture with. The apartments seemed to be very well maintained.

This is a beautiful community. The location is great with easy access to the major highways. The pool is very large with fountains in it. The outdoor pavilion and fire pits are very nice. The exercise equipment was state-of-the art. The clubhouse has a very inviting and cozy feel to it. The playroom area for the kid is an added bonus for when you are exercising.

This was a well kept community with beautiful homes! Overall ratings seem good, and it seems like any customer would be excited to live here.

The community appealed to me, because they used the latest and greatest gear, with a TV attached to each piece of fitness equipment. The upkeep of the common area was outstanding, with great attention to detail. The pool was uniquely shaped, sparkling and inviting. The rent was reasonable for this newer community. There was a cyber or business center, a media center, playroom for kids and a bright and large clubhouse with big windows and sky-light which allowed for much natural light to come through. I was shown a movie theater, a year-round outdoor hot tub, playground, and even a barking yard for dogs. The amenities offered a good value for the rent. The leasing
professional was fun, a good listener, confident and courteous. She made me feel my needs were fully met in this community. She connected and bridged my needs to the suggested floor plan. I also found great teamwork between the two leasing professionals I met. I found this community to be great and would highly recommend it. The value for money was fair.

The community and staff had a very comfortable yet elegant feel. The leasing agent was kind in showing me all of the beauty offered in the community and was professional and pleasant to work with.

It was a terrific visit. The leasing professional did a commendable job building value and creating urgency. He was someone I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

When I look for a community to live in I look for open grassy areas. This community lacked open grassy areas. There are surrounding areas to fit the bill but I enjoy seeing it the minute I walk out the door. I imagine a family community having grassy areas where familirs can picnic and enjoy different park typed of activity. I loved the pool/hot tub area but you are limited on the number of guests allowed. I'm not sure that I like that. I feel that any family community should have a playground readily available on the property.
