I found the community to be quite remarkable and was an apartment community that I would consider in. I found the community to be warm and inviting. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The leasing agents were very professional and did a very good job of listening and building rapport with me as a potential resident.

From the moment I entered the office, I felt a sense of "Wow." Everything from the decor to the ambiance was soothing and comforting. If there is a more inviting place to call home, I haven't seen it. The community offers everything from social to private secluded sanctions depending on your whereabouts and desires. The sense of peace is welcoming. You have all of the basics covered and a little extra thrown in for good measure. A wonderful experience and topped off with personnel that are like long time friends or new ones.

I appreciated the description of amenities. The leasing professional personalized and customized my tour. The agent was extremely knowledgeable of the company. He possessed the talent of establishing a good rapport very quickly. All of my needs were assessed and my questions were answered. I felt valued as potential resident. I also felt as if my time was valued.

The landscaping is attractive. I cannot discuss any other amenities, as they were not shown.

I felt that the leasing professional was pleasant and positive in nature. It was almost as though she had perfected the art of trying to portray a genuine desire while being sincere. Still, at times, it did feel as though she was going through the motions. A personal connection was never really established because though she was friendly and professional, I would not say that she attempted to create rapport during the visit.

I felt really valued as a potential resident. The Leasing Professional's ability to relate my needs to what the community had to offer was commendable. I felt that there was a genuine desire to meet my specific needs. The associate expressed sincere interest in having me as a resident.

My customer experience with this shop was amazing. The community left me feeling great because it was impeccable from start to finish. The office was very warm and inviting and the model was decorated the same. The leasing staff is very professional. The pricing of the apartments is affordable for the area and you receive a great value for all of the amenities and apartment features you are offered. I would definitely lease because you can tell that they deliver completely because they were not lacking in any area.
