I would refer this place to others and would love to live there myself. The community offered a lot for the money. It was very well designed and with the renter in mind. It had plenty of storage and the bedrooms, compared to other communities, were large enough to accommodate big furniture with lots of room left. The property was very clean and well groomed. The club house was very comfortable and designed well. Shacia was frièndly and seemed very interested in meeting my apartment needs. I loved the amenities this property provided.

All I can say is it was Superb!! It would be worth the money. It was all totally electric and the wood burning fireplace would really help save money in the winter. You definitely get what you pay for.

As a customer, I found the staff friendly and inviting. The community was inviting because of the wooded areas and very clean looking buildings. I loved the layout of the apartment and the features. I got a really good vibe upon arriving at the community before I even met the staff.

This place would be a great place to live, but I did not feel like I was a priority until it was a face to face conversation on-site.

The staff is always friendly. Parking is not an issue, and I've never had a problem with any neighbors. The worst thing about Copper Spring Apartments is the outgoing mail situation. There is no dropbox by the mailboxes, which means you need to take your mail to the leasing office during office hours, which can be difficult during the week when you work. It is also difficult to do this on weekends when there is only one person working; if the person is showing apartments to other potential residents, you could be waiting twenty minutes just to drop off a letter or pick up a package. I hope they find a solution to this problem soon.

The property is well kept and private. The view from my windows are pleasant with a wooded fill not typical of apartment living. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

This community is in a great location. It is within walking distance from shopping and restaurants. There is a pool, fitness center, business center and recycle bin.
