Yes I am liking it

The convenient location is the best part. The grounds are kept up pretty well but not at all the buildings, for example my building has two dips in the sidewalk leading to the building. Every time it rains there are two puddles that you have to jump, walk through, or go around. Also the grass in the front needs help. I'd have to say the worst part is the construction and maintenance as the buildings are easily 25-30 yrs old or older. The neighbor above me is very loud and a heavy walker or what seems like stomping. There is always bumping and what seems like running or something. I can tell what part of the apt they are in as the ceiling creeks really bad. The toilets could also use an upgrade by far. I had a maintenance issue with my A/C which was really a noise issue and was told I'd have to just deal with it as I was on the bottom floor---translation I had to fix it myself which I did but wow. Pros: love the location, mixture of different ethnic backgrounds, and apt layout. Cons: loud upstairs neighbor w/ dog, construction/maintenance, and grounds could be better at my building.

I was blown away by this community. Not only was it beautiful and in an excellent location, but the staff was fantastic. The clubhouse and model apartment were both tastefully decorated. The rent was decent for what a resident received in return.

This is a large, 365 unit community that is nicely laid-out and well maintained. The apartments were renovated in 2007 and are in excellent condition. The amenities are nice and there is ample parking for residents and visitors.

Nice community to live in, but little expensive.

Considering it is an apartment, of course there are neighbors and noise, but all that aside I'm pretty happy with it, it is a little pricey, but the price was worth it to me knowing that all my appliances were updated and worked and looked nice. There isn't a place to put outgoing mail in my circle (slight inconvenience). I was happy the gym was 24 hours but its very small and limited equipment, but better than nothing when I don't feel like driving somewhere.

The grounds are nice and the apartments could be, however, they are not maintained well and the management/lease office is either slow to respond or does not respond at all. I would not recommend to anyone. I can hear everything the upstairs residents do, EVERYTHING. The floors are not construced well, every step that the upstairs neighbors take sounds like they are stomping through their apartment.

The apartment and clubhouse was beautiful. The leasing agent needs to try a bit harder.

The community seems like an okay value for the money. The fitness center seemed small for a community that size. I thought it was odd that they have the pool open all year, but it is not heated. The grounds were well kept, but nothing to get excited about. There was lots of fresh mulch in the beds, but nothing growing in them. The apartment layout was nice. I liked that you could access the bathrooms without going through a bedroom. The appliances looked modern and new.

The grounds were well maintained. It seemed to be a very quiet area. The apartment buildings did not show any signs of being worn or unkempt.

Superb customer service was provided to me during my visit and phone conversation.

The property was inviting and looked luxurious. The leasing office was equally inviting. There was adequate parking in the leasing office parking lot for potential customers. I was impressed with the gym inside the leasing office. I was also very impressed with the customer service I received when I placed the telephone call. I felt that leasing agent listened to and understood my needs. The response given to my questions/wants/needs was personalized.
