When I first moved in I would recommend the apts highly, but after so many changes I don't feel the same way. I feel let down.

The facilities are not in good shape and it doesn't seems like there's any intention to fix them, at least it hasn't being notify to the comunity. Simple thinks like having paper and ink in the wifi/ public computers area are often out.

The apartment people service requests are more important. when we talk to staff they always post pone. Each service request taken more than 2 weeks which is worst.
Thank you for providing us with your feedback. Servicing are residents is extremely important to us and our policy is to respond within 24hours. As you know we did discuss your particular situation with you and once you were able to resolve that situation, we were able to complete your work orders in a timely matter. Going forward, we hope to continue to provide you with a timely response. Thank you!

1. PEST Control is poor. I complained couple of times, but nobody listened.
2. Nobody cleans the apartment ouside. It is really dirty.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We provide pest control services 1 time a week, which our residents can request any time for their services. Since we do not have any requests from you to date, I will call you to confirm that you would like to be serviced. Maintenance up keeps the property daily, but if you feel there is areas that need more attention, I will be happy to notify them and we can address. Thank you!

The community seems safe but is highly over priced. The apartments themselves are getting run down and the landscaping since the foundation repair has never been restored. I have had relatives pass through on trips and felt ashamed of where I live.
