While touring the inside of the apartment, for a moment I forgot I was in an apartment. I loved the bathtub. The community was nice, clean, and organized. The staff was awesome. There was plenty of parking and that is rare to find in community living.

This is best place to live. Have all facilities here. Lot of space to roam around in the secure environment.

Good Place
maintenance is good good place to live.. rents are high. Trash pickup should not be mandatory.. have to pay even if you use or not the trash service
We appreciate you giving us your feedback and for your comments on our maintenance staff and community.
In regards to our trash, we offer the door to door trash pick for convenience for our residents instead of residents having to take out their own trash. We understand that peoples preferences may differ, but based on our community needs/wants we felt this was the best option.

I would not consider living on this property simply because very little information was provided by the agent. There was very little to no communication regarding the apartments. No information was provided about the property itself nor the area of town the property was located in.

Overall, the community was top notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were clean and there were many amenities, like a coffee bar. It was definitely a good value and I would consider living there and recommending.

service requests a major plus, relatively quiet respectful neighbors, you can tell the apt complex is putting money into fixing stuff up so they obviously care which is a major plus

The gate code has been the same since 2005. The children running around the parking lots with no supervision is increasing. I think the trash valet should be an option.

I think I have outlined it above, but a place just has to feel right to me. The office personnell has alot to making that mix happen. The amenities and floor plans do too. This place has been great. I would 100% recommend it every time.
