It was a great location with a rather nice feel to it. I would really encourage others to check it out. The grounds were quite nice and the floors plans really felt new.

It is a very good value for the location. It's not fancy, so if a person's number one priority was to impress people, this would not be the place. But it is well maintained and quiet and safe, and a few hundred less than comparable places with more amenities or even better location.

The apartment complex was neat and tidy and the amenities were also clean and tidy. The area was quite considering that it was off a busy street and the staff member I met was friendly. It is well situated near at least three highways and near many of the local city amenities and at least one mall.

Until the front office and maintenance issues are improved I will not be inclined to recommend this complex to anyone. It is not beyond help it will quickly lose its chance to recover if this low-quality service is allowed to continue.

This community was in a key location with shopping all around. The pools were sparkling and the fitness center is about to receive new work-out equipment.

The old staff was warming and friendly with me. Since the new management, some of my work orders weren't taken care of and I'm very annoyed with the mail situation. It's not fair I pay rent and shipping to a place where I don't receive my packages! Again, the staff isn't inconvenienced by this mess, I am!

In regards to the mail situation, we do receive packages at the office, which we allow for our residents convenience. We did not get packages delivered last week due to a situation with the mail man not logging them in the required log. We are discussing how we can fix the situation with the postmaster and we'll let our residents know when it is resolved. Thanks again for your feedback and we look forward to improving your resident experience with us.

Due to the maintenance problems and our ceiling probably hasn't been painted in years, I would most likely not recommend.

I like the cultural diversity of this community. Community overall is an a market area where demands of material amenities and cosmetic appeal is crucial. At times can be a hard sell against competition. However service on work orders and management response is a benefit.

I am honestly not a fan of the new electronic payment requirement. I prefer paying with money orders vs giving my checking information to anyone.
We appreciate you expressing your thoughts on the payment system and for your residency with us. We use this system to accommodate our residents schedules by allowing access to paying rent or turning in work orders anytime or any day. It also eliminates others having information on your checking or savings account, as only the residents have password and account information. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
