Management/Maintenance are always prompt and helpful. The apartments are decent and I feel comfortable walking around in the complex.

I would be happy living there. The staff was very friendly. The leasing professional was personable and knowledgeable. There were a lot of amenities that I would utilize.

I can see lawn maintenance difference by west and east side of community. East side of lawn is not that good. Apartments units are very very old

Externally the community had an older feel, but internally the model was updated and nice. The amenities were basic but, will do when you factor in the lease rate.

Because we feel very safe here, the office personnel does a really good job in managing the community with the enforcement of rules and standards which makes this a safe and desirable place to live.

Lot of cockroaches in my apartment. Even after pest control treatment, there are cockroaches and affects my health

The community was a nice community, but way over priced. The apartment was small and nothing stood out to justify the price. The agent was nice and friendly. She did a great job trying to convince me that the apartment was worth the price, but I was not buying it.

quite place, comfortable staff, near to office location, friendly maintenance team, safely accepting and keeping the parcels at leasing office, common laundry, comparatively low cost are its strengths.

All other rental property has 30 days notice to move out but here it's 75 days that's what it's is tiring the renters to stay here because we were not able to book other apartment well in 75 days to let you know I am moving. It's just cornering the residents and making us to live with this ROACHES infected apartment

There are a lot of children that are not tended to in the complex, and too many people like to congregate outside at night. There have been many times where a large group congregates laye into the evening in the parking areas and they speak loudly. Why can't they congregate inside their own apartment?

The leasing professional was friendly throughout the on-site visit. I would likely recommend the community to family and friends because of the location and price. The leasing professional asked when I would make a decision and told me a lot of incentives to becoming a resident at the community. I was presented with a floor plan with the pricing, which would help me make a decision on an apartment. I would have leased the apartment from the leasing agent, because she seemed to care about my needs and was comfortable speaking to me. The pricing of the apartment was reasonable and my experience made me feel valued as a potential resident.

Overall presentation met my customer needs. Would recommend complex to friends and family.
