I am more likely than not to recommend the apartment to someone I know if they were looking for a place in the Irving area, but the cost relative to other places and the lack of parking would be a deterrent .

The high ceilings that were available in the first floor apartment was a great feature that was not available in any other apartments I had seen.

It is a nice community. However, I would hold off leasing the apartments until all the construction was complete. Although, I was understanding that they are still constructing, it however does make the view less appealing.

I would recommend leasing at this apartment community. The location was very convenient. It was well maintained with all the latest upgraded features. The office staff was knowledgeable with a pleasant personality. Looked like a good place to live.
