The parking is horrible so I feel like I can’t have company. I don’t like to have to pay for parking.

Terrible visitor parking, makes it impossible to have friends and family over

The residence trash habits leaving trash cans/bags into the halls too long cause smells in the hall and garbage chute in the garage area a nasty looking/smelly. The security concerns (secure door open by tape/etc ), people trying to get in by knocking on gym windows , etc.. are scary security concerns. Need better trash, clean up process and move active face to face or every other month meetings with residence to promote better trash and security behavior, not just rely on e-mails/FB post.

I would not recommend the Crest if you are a person that likes having company over. There is no visitor parking.

We are diligently monitoring and enforcing our parking policies and the good news is that Tower 909 across the street is available to park in for just $5 per night for overflow if our guest parking places are full. When I walk into the front office to pick up a oaxolr ask a question, NO ONE will acknowledge that I'm there and will continue with what they're already doing. At least say "I'll be with you in a minute", something, but I don't even get looked at to acknowledge that I'm even in the office

As Crest says the community is not smoke-free, neighbors don't keep their trash cans inside although this was informed to leasing office multiple times.
The pets dung left everywhere almost all the times.

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at that community being the location was in the heart of everything. They provided upscale apartment living and resort style amenities. A prime location with easy access to public transit, businesses and dining in walking distance. My impression of the individual staff member was a professional trained to provide excellent customer service. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

Parking is a huge problem and the management company is fully aware. They should not be charging residents for parking spaces when they know there is a shortage of covered parking spaces. I am paying to much for cable and internet.

The community was probably the best one I had seen in the area. I liked how a lot of the apartments overlooked the Riverwalk area. The amenities were very nice and I would definitely recommend the community because of the good quality and extra apartment features included not seen at other communities.

Visitor parking is a major concern, it’s so stressful when anyone comes to visit and there appears to be no solution in spite of many possibilities. It’s frusteating to have heard the same thing for months but nothing is actually being done about it.
