The Parking is terrible. Not only do I park on the roof due to not having a spot on my floor, but guest parking may as well not exist. Its very inconvenient to have people over.

Location is great, a bit overpriced. Parking isnât very good for renters if you come home after 8pm, have to park on the roof or basement. Visitor parking is completely inadequate and a huge negative.

This is a nice community in a nice area. It is in a great location and by restaurants. The apartments were nice and roomy and the amenities were nice.

Gym doesnât always have towels, half the time doesnât have wipes to maintain sanitation, multiple remotes but none seem to change channels or turn down volume, at no time in my 8 months have all 3 treadmills worked. Gym has been only disappointing part of living here .
We appreciate your feedback. We wanted to first let you know that our service equipment is managed and serviced by a 3rd party vendor. That team came out just a few days ago to service the malfunctioning equipment that was recently brought to our attention. We are now waiting on a few parts to get all 3 treadmills back up and running in proper order. Thank you for your patience while this is reconciled.

Great community but they need to do something about the pet urine and poop smell that smell when you walk around the building and especially when the winds blows.

I'm not sure if I would recommend this community anymore. There's been a drastic change in my opinion, from this apartment community actually feeling like "community". There's a lot more to choose from in the area now so you don't necessarily have to settle.

This property is brand new and is priced well. It has fabulous amenities as well.
