Everything great, my only compliant is there is not enough sound insulation in between floors.

Visitor parking is horrible and discouraged me from inviting family and friends to a place I supposedly should call “home.”
More, less restrictive visitor parking is needed!!

Great location, walkability, distance to other places in DFW and big and beautiful apartments.

The community was amazing and the staff was nice warm and ready to help.

Would not- too many pets (Owner) having pee/waste in halls and elevators and Owner not cleaning up. Too may safety-security concerns in 2019.

See all of the reasons listed above. For the price I’m paying, I expected much more.

The community was located close to the entertainment area and well kept. The staff was welcoming and informative.

The elevator just recently and consistently start having problem. Parking is terrible for visitors, the quad is always noisy, and the cable and internet is the worst of them all.

The service elevator has been out for several weeks!!!! Internet service we are forced to use is not horrible l!

The Wi-Fi is terrible. I get almost no phone service in my apartment and there is no visitor parking.

I am a big fan of the proximity to my office and both airports. I wish parking was sometimes better, the trash would be removed from outside the shoot in the garage more often, and that there was a little more privacy on the balconies (my next door neighbors have a dog who has turned their patio into his lavatory). But, besides those points, I have enjoyed my time here.

Nearby apartment are similar in cost but are newer with much better amenities.
