Rents too high and the number of break-ins near our apt. is very disappointing. The complex is suppose to be gated with security but it doesn't seem to be enough to stop or reduce the # of break-ins. We lived in another complex near Marquis but we didn't have to deal with the theft problem.

I was very impressed with the interior finishes and floor plan layout. Especially the one bedroom study. There is a lot of storage and the floor plans were ideal for a woman who has a huge wardrobe. Lovely, lovely apartments and upgrades.

The amenities and the resort style pool were used frequently. I the steam spa is a little inconsistent, but still love that we have it. The apartment has great upgrades and shows well. Maintenance tend to the grounds with so much care despite the lazy residents who don't pick up poop or trash. The management (Monica, Marisa, and Oscar) have always taken care to me feel appreciated.

I have recommend this apt. to a friend who started renting and put me down as the person who recommend her, YET I still have not yet gotten my 500 dollars of my rent yet.

I would recommend it primarily due to its location. I also appreciate the new gate attendants; I feel safer now. I wouldn't recommend the complex due to the high rent, the high pet deposit, and the disrespect many of the tenants display towards their fellow tenants by: (1) driving like maniacs throughout the property and in the garages; (2) parking haphazardly/blocking sidewalks, etc.; (3)leaving garbage around, especially beer cans/bottles and cigarette butts; (4)not cleaning up their dogs' poop; (5) loud music coming from the pool area and from cars.

I can only add that the parking at this community is lacking. There are two parking garages but they are stairs only. There is no reserved parking and no handicapped parking at your door. I would suggest that this must be improved.

Would not because the only cable provider is ygnition and they do not offer competitive rates like Comcast and AT&T. I hate that I'm stuck with them because our apt doesn't face a direction for a dish.

I would recommend this complex to others

I would recommend this complex because the office personnel take of problems
fast. The place is clean and a great location for me in Houston. Everything is
well maintaned and great to use.

The neighborhood and location are great, the people in the community are very friendly. The apartment as a whole is pretty clean and respectable. The catch is the for the price you pay, some improvement in amenity maintenance and apartment maintenance should be improved.

I did recommend it to someone earlier on, who did move in, but based on my further experience I would tell people to run like wind. Plus I still have yet to see the $500 bounus for recommending the person, which of course the apt managament DID NOT send to me. Go Figure!
