The community is nice, but not nice enough for me to pay rental rate. I had to wait almost 35 minutes for a 10 minute tour. I think that there should be more help available because I think that takes a part in how the agent interacts with the customers.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend someone is because Ygnition is forced on residents.
Completely agree with you on that! I hate Ygnition, its not good and unfair to be forced on us with no other options.

I would recommend this community because the apartment grounds and amenities are well cared for and the internal quality of the apartments is above expectations.

I feel the apartments are a great value - but many of my friends simply can't afford to live here.

It is a convenient location in relation to my office (which is why I moved in), so I am happy with my choice. Based on that I would recommend it for a short term option. But I would not go out of my way to recommend it for a long term residence.

Feedback from a current renter
Rent continues to increase. Rusty water dripping in the garage has ruined the paint on my car and Marquis at Bellaire takes no responsibility for this. You cannot wash rust off. It stains. The $125 credit for a detailing does not fix my car the paint on my car.
