It is a quiet, well maintained, friendly and fantastically located complex that I enjoy living in. I would however tell them to try and get an apartment on the top floor as the noise that comes from above is very irritating at night.

It is a beautiful property. The landscaping is outstanding. I really liked the courtyards. I really liked the fitness center and the programs presented. The dry sauna was a plus. The apartment was very luxurious as was the environment of the overall property. The friendliness and customer service feel of the property was obvious. I had a sense of feeling secure with the courtesy officer, the locked gates, and the garage with direct access to each floor.

My experience at this property was amazing. The property was flawless and was above and beyond what I could hope for. The curb appeal was very eye catching and has the feeling of mansion style living. The leasing professional fits right in to the atmosphere of this property and she presented it as such. She was professional but amusing and she had a genuine quality about herself.

This is a very well maintained community. The agent was professional and very pleasant.

This is a very nice apartment community. It is up to date in decorating, kitchen appliances, and services provided the residents.

In the future I would suggest the leasing professional be more excited about the property and what it has to offer. The community is very nice; however, the presentation means everything. If I do not feel comfortable during the tour I will not feel like I can come to the management for any problems that may arise.

The location was very good. It was close to the Galleria and all the restaurants, without being located on a busy street. The interior finishes were very nice. The property did not have very many amenities for the price that was offered.

The leasing professional seemed sincere in her efforts to help me. She made a special effort to accommodate the preferences that I had. She was pleasant in her interaction with me.
