The office and staff were fun and excited. I would love to live there. Their customer service is great also.

The associate was friendly and courteous. The community was near shopping and restaurants as well as the freeway. The price was reasonable for what the community and apartment offered.

The curb appeal was nice, but I was very surprised by the inside of the community.

I would consider this community, based on the condition of the community and the location. I felt comfortable with the staff and I was welcomed to apply and live there, before I left the community. I left the tour feeling as if I had just met with someone I had known for years. The leasing associate that I met with really liked her job and it showed in her presentation of the community. She personalized it just enough to help me feel welcomed instantly.

Overall the visit was a positive one. My perception as a real customer was that I would be getting a high level of service and value living at this community. The community appeared to be well maintained and cared for. The leasing agents seemed to genuinely want to assist future residents with choosing the right home.

It was a very nice and quiet community. I personally liked it. I loved the location, and it seemed to be safe.

The property was very nice, however the price for a one bedroom was ridiculous. That was like two mortgages. Not worth it!!

This is a property I would look into if I was considering moving. The guard at the gate and the courtesy officer lets me know that I will be safe here. The amenities offered in the apartment are amenities that I have not seen in other apartments. I like the fact that the apartment has stainless steel appliances and a large bedroom. But the price I feel if I am going to pay that much I should just purchase a home.

This apartment community was very clean, neat, and well managed. The staff appeared to be fake and not really into leasing to new tenants. I felt as if they were very comfortable with their jobs

I enjoyed the tour. I enjoyed visiting the community. I felt that the amenities were resort style and sophisticated. The leasing rates were very reasonable for the area and the amount of benefits that were offered. I loved the condo look without the condo pricing.

This community presents very well. I would be proud to bring a friend or business associate there. The community's efforts at recycling go above and beyond the norm.

It's nice. There's not much commotion, which is good and everyone seems nice, both residence and the leasing staff. It's centrally located, which is convenient but the pricing is a bit steep, as more retail construction and popularity are drawn to the Galleria.

Great location. Affordable, but you get what you paid for. Appliances are outdated, apartments are fine, but quality of materials is low.

This property is located in a great place if you love to shop or work in the area. The customer service is outstanding but the price was a little steep for such simple amenities. Definitely paying higher because of the area. The renovations are lovely and the palm trees very visually appealing.
