This community is in a good location, as it is within minutes of the interstates. There is shopping and dining close by, as well as many attractions. The floor plans are spacious. The amenities, such as the fitness center and pool area with hot tub is appealing. The staff is friendly and professional.

The community was not impressive. They did have a dry cleaner service that would drop off. That was okay, but not much else. They did not have a messenger service, no conference room, no area for residents to hangout. I would go to a hotel, until I found what I wanted in the area.

This is an upscale community near the Galleria area, close to major highways and major dining and retail centers. Large spacious apartments with open floor plans. Reasonable pricing and comparable to other properties in this area.

I like the community, because of its prime location. Everything is available in walking distance from shopping malls to some of the greatest restaurants. I would not rent at the property, simply because how I was treated by the leasing agent.

The property appeared to be a ghost town with not many cars in the parking garage. I did see a couple of residents at the pool, which was nice. The leasing agent was very engaged in my visit. I understand this is a great location, but I felt as if I could have found a better rate at a nicer community. It just seemed in need of repair. I know the corridors are outside, but there were leaves and dirt everywhere.

If I were leasing I would be excited to find an apartment there for the price they were asking. The community was very pretty and well kept. The inside of the apartment was not as nice as the outside, but nice enough for the value. The agents were very friendly which would make me very likely to lease.

The amenities were neat, clean, and updated. The landscape was magnificent, even around the pool area. Inside the apartment, I was amazed how much actual square footage there was. The staff were attentive, quick, and genuinely cared about my needs. I would recommend this property to anyone who was looking to really get more than what you pay for.
