Overall the greeting was not pleasant. There was nothing about this visit that screamed welcome home.

The leasing agent was very professional and responded to my needs. The community was beautiful and very well maintained inside and out. It was also located in a very nice part of town. However, I did feel the cost to lease was very pricey based on the size of the actual apartment I was shown. The apartment itself did not completely impress me.

I thought that the leasing consultant and staff were very nice and upbeat. It really appeared as if the agent wanted me to become part of the community. I felt she was concerned with meeting my wants and needs in my search to find the right place. Also, the place was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely consider this if I was in the market for a new residence.

The property was well kept and inviting. If the price was right I would live there.

The features and amenities, as well as the quality of the apartment, took my breath away. The club room, business center, and resort style pool were excellent. The location near all the downtown activities and sights provides an extraordinary living experience with all the conveniences needed.

The Trinity Bluff community was nice, but what really impressed me was the new phase I was shown called Trinity District. The apartment in Trinity District was amazing and the model alone made me eager to sign a lease. The leasing agent's quick decision to show me an apartment in this new phase after a standard tour of Trinity Bluff's available floor plan, made me feel like he would go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

I was one hundred percent impressed with the community. The community was close to downtown. It was beautiful on the outside and the interior as well. The leasing office was very luxurious and no money was spared on the decorating choices. The amenities were awesome and it just felt like an approachable yet classy, uptown community. Anyone would love to call this community their home.

The only problem I encountered was not ample parking at the office.

Convenient, clean, nice people and a fantastic location. The staff needs to fix the doors and gates...they are either broken or left open for literally HOURS and DAYS. Other than that, its a good value!

I would say it's okay. The fire alarms are the WORST!! Feels like I am back in college, expect for it to go off EARLY morning or LATE nights.

This was a great experience. I love the location of the property in its proximity to downtown.

This property is in a great location but has some issues with security, too many large animals and corresponding feces lying all around in the limited dog walk area.

Ceiling fan should be standard in the main living area...seems unfair to charge the resident $100 to install so they can leave it for the next tenant.

Wish the kitchen faucet had a sprayer and was a little higher above the sink so the water pitcher would fit when trying to fill it up.

Wish the evening mixers would last long enough for those that work until 6pm to get home and enjoy the food/drink/socializing. Always seems that the same folks are reaping the benefits of these opportunites. A very nice thing to offer the residents though.
