The agent was helpful and took an interest in me as a potential resident. The community was located in the heart of downtown. It offered very nice amenities and the apartments were well maintained as well. There was a lot of value for the rental rate.

The place is amazing. The staff is very nice. The apartments are very spacious.

This visit was special since the property was in excellent condition and showed no issues. The leasing professional was genuine and sincere in her demeanor and that sold me on the community.

My first impression of the property was positive. The landscaping was impressive, as was the location. The apartment had character. It had unusual angles, which made it impressive and the size was adequate. The only amenity I saw was the fitness center. The rent seemed steep, but it was close to downtown and for the amenities it did not seem like that great of a deal. The leasing professional was friendly and caring. Her presentation exuded confidence. I would like to have seen more amenities. Some she did not discuss such as the pool and where it was located. She made me feel comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, and I felt they would remember me if I was to walk in a week later. The community and amenities were beautiful and I would love to live there.

The leasing professional was very polite. She related much better in person instead of her over the phone presentation.

The clubhouse, business, and fitness centers with free wifi are open 24 hours for night owls. The contemporary apartments are spacious and offer multiple furniture arrangement options. The 10 minute walk to downtown is fabulous. The staff is very accommodating and eager to make your home life easy.

The community gave me a homey yet professional feeling. The apartment I saw was clean and updated. I was expecting some sort of granite counter tops, but there were none present. I saw maintenance men in the hallway that gave me the perception they were on top of things. The staff were polite.

This was an upscale community with resort-style amenities in a great location. It had nature and river views on one side and city views on the other. It was situated on a bluff overlooking the Trinity River at the North end of downtown Ft. Worth. The community was modern and well maintained. The apartment I saw was spacious and well appointed. The prices were a bit high, and I commented that I would have expected granite coutertops and upgraded appliances at that price range. The associate said they were in the process of upgrading the apartments a few at a time.

The community was beautiful. It offered everything I would want. The associate was very friendly and upbeat. She gave the feeling I already lived there.

I was very impressed with the leasing agent. She did an exceptional job of trying to sell the community, by elaborating on features as well as the experience of living on the property. I was very impressed with the garage parking, the elevators and the amenities this property offered. I was not real impressed with the apartment itself. If I had someone I knew who was looking to move to downtown Ft Worth I would probably recommend Trinity Bluff. The primary key at this community to me is the location of the apartment. I personally would not want one facing the street and another apartment building. I could possibly live with the carpet, but the view would be important to me. I feel they need to be more respectful to older people, in not expecting them to walk so far to an apartment to tour it. It seemed like we walked at least a half mile to get to the apartment. It would be nice if they had a model apartment much closer to the leasing office. I was exhausted when we returned to the office after the tour.

This community is very pretty. The apartment itself was very nice and definitely a top quality make ready. I felt that the apartments were a little high priced, but I think that probably has something to do with the area of the community that it was located in.

This apartment community is above average in customer service. The leasing agent is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the community. The interior doors keep you out of the weather and provide a safe environment. The grounds are in pristine condition and the pool looks very inviting. The location is convenient to downtown, with the trolley stopping at the door. This is a great property.
