The agent did a wonderful job. She was very polite and professional. She was very knowledgeable of the community and the surrounding area. I felt very comfortable with her on the tour, because she was very engaging and interested in me as a client.

I thought it was a bit pricey for the sizes, but it was in a secure building and in a nice area. I think it would be ideal for younger adults, but not so much for children. The office staff was great and very friendly.

I love the location. It's close to downtown. There is a lot of parking and I never have a problem with neighbors being too loud. I was not told about a lot of the amenities that are available when I first moved in. I have since heard of some from other residents. The pool and club house areas are nice. It has been 22 years since I've lived in an apartment, but I love it.

this place has all the amenities you need, the secure parking is wonderful, maintenance staff is one of the best around, and the community is great. The only negatives are the lack of a box at the gate to call someone to have a friend let in.

The overall presentation and experience was great. The leasing professional was very professional and very informative. She had great listening skills and had great people skills. The community itself was very well maintained. I would consider living at this place.

The proximity to downtown was great.! The pool, common room, media room, and the courtyards were beautiful. Parking seemed fantastic. There was a funny smell in the second long hallway that we walked down. I felt as if the apartment had more to offer than what I was shown. I really would have liked to see the patio and the trail leading down to the river. I would have liked to hear more about how I would have been happy there and what features might benefit a family with children. She also mentioned that the property offered 24 hour emergency maintenance calls. Although disconcerting that an air conditioner or power might go out in the middle of the night, I do appreciate the access to repairs. Overall, the property was well maintained and the apartment had a number of great features.

The main reason I continue living here is the location Trinity Bluff is a short walk from down town fort worth, a quick drive to 7th street, and a perfect location for traffic commuting on Highways 30 or 35.
