High fees that are unfair , increased rents

I am not sure right now, I am frustrated that the billing system was down so I sent a check and my bank took out the funds on the 4th and you are saying the 6th and these are ridiculous fees,
I have heard from tenants that at the end of the lease the rents soar, even when a new lease is signed.

Good Location, Good Amenities, Limited Parking, Getting Expensive

Love living close to work and the friendliness of the fellow residents. But the parking is an issue. FAR too many reserved spots that aren't purchased and sit empty.

wish they cared about entire property not just the front entrance, and what residents really want

I enjoy it, but its what you put into it that you get out of it

not happy about my wifes car being towed

You should not allow towimg of cars in handicap spaces, if possible you should jave the police ticket those vehicles...my wife has a handicap placard that allows her to park there, but forgot to put it up. If she gets a ticket, she can get it cleared by proving to the police her right to park there...this cannot be done since it was towed. I agree that cars parked in another persons spot...those should be towed.

Also did not have a very good experience when i reported the bbq was broken, the reponse that i recieved implied that i didnt know what iwas talking about and that i was wrong.

Why do you have ads on a customer portal..?.it seems to interfere with some functionality of this app

awful

They never get anything right on the first try.

Absolutely the worst place we have ever lived

Don't live there. Its close to Love Field so people park and leave their cars for more than a month before ever moving them. If they are residents they should at least move the cars to the higher floors since the bottom floors have limited parking due to the ridiculous amount of reserved spots. There are so many noises that you can't get a full nights sleep. Between the creaking ceiling from people walking above you, barking dogs, or the noise from the parking garage you can say good bye to a good nights rest. The management never returns your phone calls and often times you have to call back several times to follow up with them. And to top it all off there are a few people in the office that are friendly but some I guess are just tired of us coming to them for maintenance requests or other questions that now they are just rude. Can't wait to leave.

It was perfect under old management. I hope nothing is lost in this transition.

I would tell them to wait until the new company has proven itself. Of especial importance are affordability, friendliness, professionalism, and pride taken in the little things. Cleanliness, convenience, and beauty were all high priorities for the old management, which kept me here. Also the quality of the office staff and other staff - superb.

close and convenient

Good location with good amenities. Units need a bit refreshing (new blinds, updated carpet/floors, etc). Price has outpaced the complex, however,

The apartment is a wonderful place and I love living here.

The apartment itself is beautiful and has all the accommodations I could want. The staff have always been friendly, but were difficult to get a hold of when I had a question about my account. The office opens after I go to work and closes before I get home and the email address on the website would not go through. It would be helpful if the office was open till 6:30 p.m. on some weekdays so that working tenants can still come in.

not as good as previous management company

It's fine. I don't understand why the office won't sign for packages. I requested a detail of last month's total amount due over a month ago and still haven't recieved it. I was treated rudely on the phone when I called the office with a question.

I enjoy the living environment an convenience of my apartment.

I feel safe, the maintenance is quick to respond and is always friendly & satisfactory. Changing ownership has been a little confusing, but I would recommend it to anyone. I have a neighbor close to my bedroom that is sometimes too loud, but I still enjoy living here. I would like to say that it will cause me some trouble since they no longer sign for mail or packages that require a signature. They closed our post office branch on Inwood and I get medications that require a signature sometimes. I will have to find out where to go to pick that up now.

Hit or Miss

I have found the customer service quite inconsistent. Some folks are extraordinary where others can be quite condescending and rude. On the positive side my needs and service request are always quickly fulfilled.

New Management is awful

New management is rude and not helpful.

Dissatisfied

My husband and I have lived at this property for over 2.5 years and have been very satisfied. However, since the recent switch to Lincoln (from Archstone) our satisfaction has definitely diminished. Allow to me give specific examples:

- The online rental payment option is less convenient than the past system we used. The Lincoln system requires an exact amount to be entered before an automatic payment can be submitted. With the water bill fluctuating each month, this is impossible to predict. Our rental payment fluctuates by approximately $3-5 each month, but the automatic payment does not take that into account. Therefore, to be sure the total is covered, we are essentially paying more each month than is probably necessary.
-Since the switch, the security booth at the main gate is empty nearly every time we leave or return. Multiple times a week, we come home to a line of 3-4 cars, blocking the gate, waiting for a resident to come and open the gate. We are forced to wait on the street and let these cars in. They clearly do not live here and are not using the keypad entry properly. A security officer at the gate would help cut down on these occurrences.
-Archstone would provide package notification emails to residents when packages were delivered to the office. These emails were extremely helpful and ensured timely pick-up of packages. Lincoln, unfortunately, does not provide these notices. I realize the mail delivery companies are supposed to provide notices inside mailboxes when packages are delivered, but they do not do this. And even with complaints filed with the companies, change will be a long process. Without any notification, packages sit in the office indefinitely, with the resident never knowing. Some type of notice from the office would be great.
-Lincoln seems to prefer placing papers on residents' doors as a method of distributing information. This not only wastes paper, but also serves as an alert that a resident may be out of town or an apartment is vacant. I have seen a paper stay on a neighbor's door for over a week. Email is a much safer solution.

Thank you for the opportunity to bring these issues to your attention.

great apartment and location

we love our kitchen and the layout of the apartment. good facilities and pool. office hours are inconvenient, though for anyone who works a 9-6 job.
