As far as apartment living goes, The Arches at Park Cities is a wonderful place to live

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at the community were it was centrally located to all the city had to offer. An affluent neighborhood where one could enjoy unique shops, upscale restaurants and well known entertainment venues. The apartments provided space and modern features. Their amenities were spa-like and they offered a fresh approach to building a community through resident engagements. My impression of the staff was they were educated professionals that were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I gave a high rating due to my experience with the leasing professional and the community.

This was a beautiful, upscale community. It had top notch amenities, and the apartments I saw were spacious with all the features one would expect.

The leasing professional showcased the property in a positive manner, giving credit to the management team. She spoke of their keen attention to detail and said how the property was going to be power washed soon to make it look even more attractive. She showcased amenities, their convenient location and their resident activities as added benefits. I would definitely refer this leasing professional to friends and family seeking to find a new home.

This is a very comfortable community in a convenient location. The building color and texture makes the outside look luxurious. The common areas and grounds are well kept and the community seems fairly quiet. The leasing staff are very helpful over the phone as well as in person.

I was impressed with the amenities and I was also impressed with the apartment I was shown.

Convenient to downtown, airport, shopping, entertainment. Well maintained, secure, quiet (for the most part) residents.

I appreciate you fixing the things broken in the apartment that you are supposed to maintain but you should not be damaging my personal property in the process. They have damaged two of my dining room chairs and took a chuck out of my dryer.

Convenience is the number quality of this facility--it's a wonderful, central location. Overall the facilities are nice and Lincoln has made some great changes and additions (painting of the walkways for example). I've experienced 3 different ownership groups in my 9 years on the property. I do think that loyalty is something that does not seem to be valued.

It's a beautiful, mostly quiet complex with an awesome maintenance staff, but the prices have gone up exponentially in the years we've lived here. There is little to no security at the main gate, so often our entrance is blocked by several cars waiting for a resident to return home. The location is wonderful, but since management changed from Archstone to Lincoln, our satisfaction has gone down while our rent has gone up.

online payment system is ridiculous. In the email it says rent is due on the 1st. But when you pay on the first you get an annoying email saying you didn't pay your utilities and that you shouldn't pay your rent until the 2nd, once utilities are posted.

The look and feel of the property stood out for me. The arched doorways, wood plank floors, and the huge kitchen island were fantastic. The laundry room was a great bonus for the apartment. The built-ins and ledges above cabinets made it feel like a real home. The staff seemed very nice and really knew their stuff. The common areas were comfortable and well appointed. My only caveat would be the property's proximity to the airport. I do not know if it would be a noise issue in the evening and on the weekend. I would recommend this property if one wanted to live the in the area. You get the old vintage feel and charm without the old vintage maintenance problems.
