While the noise from upstairs and downstairs neighbors is hit or miss depending on the tenants, there is never an issue with adjacent neighbors. Utilities are slightly higher than newer construction. If you are looking to have two vehicles for a two bedroom, then I hope you have a job that gets you home early or you will be hiking to your residence. Staff is helpful but not always able to resolve the issue, but maintenance is responsive, quick, and efficient.

My neighbors are professional, friendly and engaging. I have been able to establish personal relationships with many of them. Management has NOT been a revolving door so they tend to exhibit a vested interest in the tenants and their needs. Maintenance request are always addressed promptly and courteously. It's a pretty property with a true sense of community. Just renewed my lease - I call it home

I recommend The Arches at Park Cities. My stay was pleasant for two years. Maintenance was on top of any repairs and fixes, nice community and easy to get along with neighbors.

Our only problems were an upstairs neighbor who walked heavy and we could hear their steps all too well. Another factor was we lived above three garages and we could hear and feel when a garage door was opened. It can be a bit loud. In addition, one of the neighbors who had a garage below us smoked in his garage and I could smell it in our apartment. However, this is something I don't think others will run into.

I am very happy with my apartment unit. Love the lay out, and overall this place is a good place to live. I have had a few issues over the past few years. A few of the office personnel have been somewhat rude, but I it seems that other complaints have since weeded those members of the staff out. My AC went out earlier this summer and it took almost 3 days to get the maintenance staff to fix this is my biggest complaint. A place as big as the Arches should have a better plan of action for fixing AC problems in the heat of the summer, same with Heat in the winter for that matter. I had to rent a portable AC unit at Home Depot, and when I asked the manager to reimburse me, or deduct from my rent, the choice word acted like she could careless. Sure enough, nothing was done to reimburse my cost for this. This alone made me consider moving out. This is a service request that should be top priority, and I didn't get that impression when I needed my AC fixed. One other issue that bothers me, which the Arches have limited control over, is the speed at which some people drive in the complex, especially in the parking garage. Lots of reckless drivers in this place, or that visit this place.

This apartment complex was by far the best my husband and I lived in. Maintenance was very quick to fix anything that needed to be fixed, the office staff was always friendly and professional, and the amenities were awesome. Their gym has equipment you would find in an actual gym, so no need to pay money for a gym membership. Although our upstairs neighbors were obnoxious, this is not the norm for the complex. Overall, it's a very quiet complex mostly filled with young professionals. Their Cares Team was also a great addition that many other complexes do not have. My husband and I always felt safe within the complex and appreciated the garage. We would have stayed another year if we weren't starting a house hunt. Great experience We highly recommend this Arches at Park Cities to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and relaxing place to call home.

Safe and friendly community

I have had no major issues with the complex. It is very quiet in my building. There were a few maintenance issues but they were resolved very quickly. I love the area and the accessibility of the shops, dining and work.

The leasing professional was very descriptive and was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. She did a good job of showing the community and made me feel very welcomed.

This was an overall good experience with a very knowledgeable staff. The property was very kept up and the maintenance staff was very helpful and nice.

The apartment is a nice place compared to other one s near it. It is very clean and the staff is super helpful. The only thing I don t like is the noise level. Some of the neighbors can be rude. Other than, that I would recommend living here.
