Great value, staff and maintenance!

Overall nice place to live, private yet welcoming.

The apartment was very outdated and the ceilings were very low. The price of the apartment would be reasonable, but needed some major upgrades to be so.

The Hill is very convenient for me and my lifestyle. The staff is very responsive. However, the buildings are dated and we have had some issues with the roof leaking even after it has been fixed .

I would absolutely take pleasure in moving in to this location. Everyone seemed friendly and caring and the location itself was beautiful and in a wonderful location.

I think it's a good value for the size, and the location near the country club is nice.

The community was a very friendly atmosphere. I would be excited to become a part of a welcoming community.

I had an extremely great time living in the Village Apartments the Hill . I loved all of the amenities that were available to me and they always kept the place very tidy. Great property management. The only issues that could have been improved were the insulation in my apartment. My electricity bill ran very high here because of this. Other than that, I highly recommend living here

The on-site agent was nice, but rushed. They were really busy. The tour actually felt rushed. Otherwise, she was nice. The community was an older property, but it was well maintained and had a nice spacious floor plan. However, when it came to price, I think they were a bit pricey. Especially when you have newer properties in the vicinity with granite, stainless steel appliances and a lot more to offer amenity wise. With that being said this community is still a nice place to live.

Great apartments, older but in good shape and maintenance is very prompt with requests. Walls are thick enough that you can't hear neighbors. The location is also really great.

The other thing that is an issue with me is getting in touch and resolving issues with the main office. I keep gettign conflicting information and resolution takes longer than expected.

I really enjoy the location. Parking can be spotty and due to closeness of apartments, neighbors can often be heard at all times of the day especially late at night when walking by windows. Apartments are spacious with a friendly staff. I have only had two complaints, maintenance and failure to confirm letter received by tenant for confirmation to resign lease.

The property was clean and well maintained. The apartment I viewed was clean and it was in great condition. The leasing agent communicated leasing information effectively.

The Village is a wonderful location to live in. The Hill is an older community, but they have done a great job on retrofitting many things. The maintenance is fast and nice. the office Staff is courteous and easy to work with. The Dog clean-up stations are convenient. My biggest complaint is that I put myself on the covered parking list, and still haven't been able to get a covered spot after 8 months. With how easily the parking lot fills up, it would be nice if they added more covered spots for people to reserve.

The Hill s Maintenance team is always fast and awesome They took care of my problem quickly and the repair man was very nice
