With a membership to a Country Club, you can not beat this deal. It really has a nice location and the homes are very nice sized, especially given the price.

It is quiet, well kept, and staff are great. The events are fun and get us involved with the community.

The apartment community was very nice and seems to be well maintained. The leasing agent gave a good presentation and was outgoing.

I would recommended this apartment due to location, the outdoor recreation, and security. However, the price is high for outdated apartments when compared to new luxury apartments not far away that provide covered parking, gates security, updated appliances, etc.

Having access to the country club and gym is a big plus. Location is great. Downsides: apartments are getting pretty old and don't have any character, some community amenities are not kept in working order.

The grounds were well kept and were quiet. The amenities were excellent. I had never seen a community with so many amenities and activities for the residents. They were definitely in a league of their own when it came to the features of the community as a whole. My only concern was the apartment itself. I did not feel like the value was great. The apartment was old and dated and I would prefer more upgrades, considering the pricing. The school district was not one of the best, so I would expect to pay less for more. I definitely think they should upgrade the carpeting and kitchens, as well as a more modern color scheme.

Parking is terrible - There is never enough spots. The window treatments need replacing - (The blinds)

There was nice friendly service, with plenty of benefits to keep you satisfied with this location.

Staff is friendly. Apartment is spacious. Love the closet space. Staff always willing to try and meet my needs.

The community was clean and well maintained. It offered a complimentary country club membership. It was located in an outstanding location, near some of the best shopping and dining. The apartment was an excellent value. The leasing professional was wonderful. She really made me feel welcome and displayed a sincere desire to help me find an apartment that fit my needs.

I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend who has a small budget. The amenities are the best part. The country club and running trails are awesome, as are the little parties events that the community puts on.
However.. I can hear my neighbors through the walls like they are in my own apartment. There is a little kid who lives under us who I can hear crying every night at 10 30. So there's that. All in all, I've been overall pretty pleased with my experience here

I've lived in different apartments for the last 10 years. The number one thing I love about the hill is the cozy home feeling it radiates. Yes, it's not new and flashy but I feel like it's home.

The layouts are great, the maintenance is quick and professional, and I've never had a problem with noisy neighbors. The property is pet-friendly, but still clean and attractive, and the Village country club amenities can't be beat.

We have really enjoyed the start of our first year in The Hill at The Village. We like the layout of the apartment, and the amenities are awesome.
