Staff is rude and unresponsive. Cant wait until our lease is over. Facilities are ok, gym is small, pool is shaded. Grill never works. Our actual apartment is nice.

Although the leasing professional was nice, pleasant, and generally pleasing to deal with, she did not give any details on the community itself so I had no way of knowing if I would enjoy living in the community itself. She provided basic information on the two apartments coming available in the next month but did not take me on a tour or give me any information on the community.

The leasing professional qualified my needs on-site and added value by overcoming the issue that the washer/dryer connections were located in the garage. I would recommend the leasing professional to friends and family seeking to find a new home.

I would likely recommend this apartment based solely on the apartment itself but not the amenities. The amenities were not up to par with the apartment itself and with the price, it would probably be best to spend the money required elsewhere and still save a little.

The community was beautiful and the apartment was lovely. I was surprised by how peaceful it was, since it was located in the middle of everything. The leasing agent did a wonderful job. She was friendly and made me comfortable during my visit.

During a freak storm I lost my car/office keys while at the pool. I was very impressed when maintenance went on the roof and found my keys which saved me hundreds of dollars

The office was busy when I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes.

The community was very nicely maintained. There were maintenance staff power washing the parking area while I was there. The fitness center was small, but was updated and had everything you could need. The leasing agent was very pleasant and in tune with my needs.

Really like the community and style. Convenient to a lot. A bit drafty in cool weather though, yikes on the heating bill, which still doesnt warm the front 1/2 of my house.

I really enjoyed my visit to the community today. I found the apartments to be a very good value for the money. I really like the fact that the apartments included attached garages. I also liked the upgraded appliances, two inch blinds, and wooden floors. If I were in the market for a new home, I would strongly consider the apartment community.
