It's great Living here wroth the exception of the lack of Parking and the Drain Plumbing. Water barely drain out of tub and sinks.

The first impression as you pull into the complex is that this a small, older property. The parking in front of the office is limited and faces the pool and an entry into the office. Upon entering the office, it strikes you as dated but clean. The workout room is small and very limited in workout equipment and no television was observed. It was very close quarters and could be uncomfortable if there were more than two to three people in there at one time. The great room is clean but was plain vanilla and left no memorable impression. It had dark wood floors, an old fashioned tan sofa, a kitchen with brown granite countertops and a television. There is a small dated pool that will be renovated after pool season. The parking areas are clean and free from debris. No unsightly patios were observed. All apartments have been renovated in the last two years and are tastefully done. The laminate faux wood flooring and the cherry wood cabinetry give the apartment the feeling of warmth, and the multi-level concept adds style unlike other apartments in the same price range. I felt safe in that community and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone that I know. The added bonus is the attached garage which makes the rental rate very reasonable.

It is very quiet. Sometimes parking for visitors is not good.

The grounds were clean and neat. Very well maintained. It was a smaller community, more homey feeling. It was easy to find with all the signage. The amenities I saw were free of trash and inviting. The apartment was nicely decorated. Most of all they had a very unique multi-level floor plan.

Quiet, friendly community with nice amenities and a staff that always does what is in their power to accommodate you. This is a great location for single people as well as families with many nearby places to checkout.

Lower Star Rating for Grounds could be higher if additional landscaping was incorporated within the complex, not just towards the front.

This community is impressive. It is slightly tucked away. It is virtually walking distance to everything such as stores, restaurants and movie theaters. There are a lot of stairs to the apartment and a few more inside the home. The apartment I saw was beautiful. I would recommend this property.

Carriage Homes is in an awesome area with lots of restaurants and entertainment around. There is a grocery store that is walking distance. Maintenance is really fast and the office staff is courteous. There are usually parking spots for my guests to park. The only downfalls I have is the neighbors above me stomp really loud, its annoying at times, my bathroom needs a little update, and in the winter, my house was an icebox which made my electricity bill skyrocket.

Neighbors are really nice and seem to look out for each other.

Living here is a great experience. For the price, location, and included amenities you really can't ask for more. The staff is really nice and very outgoing. I only wish the maintenance crew was a little more responsive. The property is beautiful and the community members are generally really nice. The only gripe that I have concerns the airflow throughout the townhome. The units that are installed do not do that great of a job balancing and distributing an even airflow throughout the home. Other than that, I can't complain. The updated energy efficient fixtures, appliances, and sills make for a very ecumenical energy bill every month. Keep up the good work guys

The apartments at the community are townhouse-style. They feature custom home details and offer a variety of floor plans. The location is just minutes away from the night life of the city and major freeways. The property is within walking distance to several retail and dining centers. My impression of the staff was that they are educated professionals, proud of the community, friendly, and helpful.

Love my home but can t stand the noise. My current neighbors have ruined any hopes of me renting an apartment ever again in life.

The idea of living here was a good one. Love having a garage. Insulation and heating is very poor unless you like an ice box - the bitter cold 20 and 30 degree weather left a poor taste in my mouth, my bill was $300 in the winter just to try heating, my feet were like ice blocks all day even if I put shoes and socks on. Had to use a space heater that helped but why pay so much for rent and then heating as well. Second bedroom is a hot box year round, had to keep the fan on. Noise is awful because you literally HEAR the neighbors LIVE. Stomping to walk, doors opening and closing, squeaky bed, cabinets, garage door open and closing. Tried talking to them, Complained and they got worse. Some days were so bad I thought my China cabinet would fall over...all day and middle of the night. I know it s not management fault but poorly built, poorly insulated.

The first 6-8 months on the property were pleasant. The walls are paper thin so it can be very noisy. Water leaks from the ceiling and my building has foundation issues. Parking is okay as long as no one has any visitors. Some pet owners don t pick up after their animals so some areas are nasty. Maintenance requests are often prematurely closed by the front office. At some point there was a change in staffing and the environment changed, but the repair men that remained on the property are always kind and helpful. The qualitative value of the property has declined.

The community was great. The location of the community was fantastic because it was close to everything. The grounds of the property were kept clean, I could tell the staff took pride in their community. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was also very evident that the staff wanted me to feel at home.

The townhome was beautiful but I did not feel the amenities made the value fair.
