I would tell them that I enjoy living hear and that when ever I have had any concerns that the staff was there to help. Every time I call the office someone answers and that i haven't had any bugs in apartment since I lived here.

Quiet with friendly neighbors and staff. Anytime I have ever needed something repaired, which has been rare, they are all over it, with no additional requests required.

The leasing professional is a definite asset to this community. He cares about his tours as well as his prospects and residents. He made me feel very welcome and really interested in a community I usually would not have toured. He is wonderful.

I have referred 2 of my closest friends who now currently reside here as well-yet since my move in, still having cockroach/pest problem in our 2bedroom upstairs apartment. we have had pest control out more than 5 times in less than 3 months since moving. When moved in , advised the office the kitchen window didn't work & when could fix it to use it- was advised probably wouldn't get repaired , so have a beautiful apartment with a window cannot use- I love the location and the ammenities-yet, I have never lived in a place with on going pest ( cockroach) ever- The staff have been at the ever ready & friendly whenever need to talk-The concern is cockroaches and paying for the apartment that had broken window when moved in that I'll never be able to open up. Also, some security would be nice as within the time living here - there have been multiple vandalism/robbery inside apt here. When come home from work-I find notices about neighbors who have had attempted robberies or theft from their apartments-it is a little discouraging-I love having the trails so close but-would be willing to walk around if ever there was a fence or something to help deter=

I would tell them that I do not like living here and they will regret moving there if they do. The maintenance calls are never answered promptly, but the maintenance team is always friendly. The leasing people in this office lie and are rude. I would tell them that I cannot wait to move from this propertly.

It is a nicely maintained older complex, which is quite large. My biggest complaint was it was very difficult turning left out of the complex on a very busy road even at noon. Rush hour would really be tough.

I thought that this was a lovely property with very nice amenities and interiors, but I just could not get past the age and condition of the appliances in the apartment. However, the price and the special that was running were appealing.

I felt there was a lack of personal interest in me from the leasing professional, making me not at all likely to recommend to others.

The customer service I received from the leasing professional was good but somewhat robotic. She seemed more focused on selling than getting to know my overall needs.

The property was very neat and tidy. However, everything was very outdated. It appeared as if nothing had been changed out since it was built. Other properties in the area are much nicer in the amenities they have to offer. The apartments were a good size but most definitely need some updating.

This a well kept established community. Grounds and landscaping were groomed and tailored. Parking area, pavement and apartment's buildings excellent condition. Also, apartment's amenities and community's amenities are good conditioned. The agent was a great host and showed genuine interest leasing to me. He showed great hospitality during my visit to the community.

I thought the community and amenities and apartment features offered were a great value for the price. The management was very inviting and welcoming both on the telephone and onsite which would give me comfort as a prospective resident. The amenities and pool areas were exceptionally clean even on a rainy day and because the office created warmth and welcome, I would definitely recommend the property.

I felt comfortable with the agent, and she was clearly comfortable and sincerely interested in helping me, although the tour seemed a bit brief. I think she would be a pleasant and friendly manager for all residents. She was quite friendly and yet warmly professional, as well.

Paula was friendly. However, she did nor present excitement or portray that availability was limited and I was missing out on something amazing. Her style was extremely scripted but professional with a lack of enthusiasm, more like just going through the motions of her job.
