so so

close to work

It's a nice place with a good location.

It's average price near round rock and less then a ten minute walk from one of the most used bus routes. The community is alright, and there's a school across the street for the young kids.

We didn't have a good experience

The response time to maintenance requests was not good. We feel that the amount of money we are asked to pay after we left for a bogus odor claim and ceiling damage is way too much.

Pet Deposit Really

I think its just wrong to charge someone 650 dollars for two small dog. The water has been out four since I lived here in 2013. They needed to figure this out. A gallon of water or two does not go far.

It was a nice experience

I never had any real problems with the property or the management. Work orders were attended to in a timely manner, and I was always treated well. The complex is older so you must take that into consideration, however, it is right next to a trail and a park is within walking distance. It is pet-friendly with a reasonable policy. The only issues I ever had and those were minor were with the actual tenants. If they smoke, it will come into your apartment through the bathroom vents, and if they have a rambunctious toddler, you will definitely hear them stomping around upstairs and in my case, knock some of the plaster off of your ceiling .

Safe and nice area, needs updating.

The area is safe and nice landscaping. The property maintenance people are fast and friendly. The apartments can use some updating. New carpet floors, newer cabinets and appliances.

This community is located near a green belt and has a three level split pool. The grounds are well maintained and the property appears to be well kept. It is quaint and quiet and worth looking into if you are looking for a good value for the price in a well maintained property in North Austin.

The staff seemed professional and the property, although outdated, did seem like it was cared for and managed well. I was treated well by employees. The amenities, appliances, and apartments themselves were not exciting, but it seemed like a good value for the price.

The associate attempted to satisfy my apartment needs for a large bedroom for placement of my king size bed and additional large bedroom furniture.

The leasing agent did not talk about the features of the apartment or property. She asked bare minimum questions on the phone.

The apartment was very reasonably priced for the area. The agent was very polite and they had a friendly staff. The appliances were a little outdated. The apartment was freshly painted and the new carpet was a plus.

I would definitely consider the property if I was interested in leasing an apartment. The property had some unique features like the townhouse type entry, fireplace and sand volleyball court.

This well maintained property has an attractive curb appeal that is visually appealing. The plants, trees, signs and state of the art amenities are in good shape. The property projects an atmosphere of comfort that is reflected in the professionally welcoming staff.

Overall, the visit went well. The complex sold itself because it had a warm feeling. The service was nice, and I think that I was able to get enough information to make an educated decision about moving there.

I was a bit disappointed in the property itself. I felt like the rate being charged was a bit high for the amenities offered. I did not feel there was a sense of community here and did not find excitement in calling it home. The leasing professional looked nice and was friendly.
