I have been living here for 4months and the only thing I would say that is an issue is the stairs and the old appliances,other than that I love it here, Never have a problem with noise, my neighbors are to themself and maintance is always quick when I have an issue. Mangement is always there to help and each one is very understanding.

Visiting this community was a pleasant experience. The leasing associate was sincere and welcoming, seemed genuinely interested in my business and ensured I had all of my options. The rent seemed high, but I was told the apartments are being upgraded with new carpets and hardwood vinyl as apartments vacated and having the washer/dryers included was a plus!

I thought the leasing agent was impeccable in her customer service. She was engaging in her conversation and was honest in her approach to how fast the apartment would rent. I loved that she told me three staff members also lived there and had lived there for a while. That told me that the place was worth living there if the people that worked there lived there, too.

This community offered one and two bedroom apartments with large patios. The amenities were centrally located. I toured a vacant one bedroom with laundry equipment, a large patio, and a walk-in closet. The lease rates were reasonable for the location, amenities, and square footage.

Outdated appliances, no security worth noting, no locks on the windows, poor upkeep, poor communication prior to anything (painting stairs, pest control visits, needing to move cars for parking lot maintenance, etc).

My dishwasher does not clean dishes well or drain well. When I requested maintenance, they said nothing was wrong with it. The fans in the bathroom don't work. The fan above the oven doesn't do it's job correctly.

I received notices 1 or 2 days prior to when they need access to my apartment for pest control. When I called and said I had a pregnant friend staying with me during that time period and her doctor said not to be around it, it was a fight to get it moved. Also, I've never had a bug problem, but evidently the apartments around me have.

We were told that we would be getting our balcony and stairs painted only a day two prior to it happening. They only painted our neighbors balcony. The next time, they only painted the stairs. I've had 4 different direct neighbors in the three years I've lived here and they'll paint for them and not for me.

There are multiple dead trees on property and I refuse to park my car near those spaces as I'm waiting for the day that they finally collapse during a storm...one did the other day in the back field near the walking path. It was extremely rotted.

People around the complex don't clean up after their pets, so I have to look out where I'm walking, otherwise my shoe will be covered in dog poop. They have poop bags and trash cans around the complex. A maintenance/grounds person occasionally picks up after them, but not enough. When it rains and is humid, it smells terrible outside.

My rent gets raised every year even though I've never missed a payment and pay on time. In the three years I've been here, my rent has been raised almost $200 total. I love that income hasn't increased until recently, so no savings for me, even though the price was originally within my budget so that I could save some money to eventually buy a house. Now it will take that much longer.

The community was very nice and well maintained. It was very quiet. The leasing staff were very nice and friendly.

The associate could have tailored the tour more to my needs, but overall they were pleasant and informative.

The leasing professional was very informative and pointed out the neighborhood advantages. As I told him I liked to swim, he showed me the pools and the new furniture.

I liked the community and I may or may not recommend this community to others.

The community was an older building and it was a good lease rate for the amount of space. The appliances were very old. All of the apartments seemed well maintained and clean. The leasing professional did a great job of overcoming my objections.

Overall, the community was nice. The landscaping was nice and neat and trimmed well. They did not have a lot of amenities of offer, but overall it is a place I would consider staying. It was just a basic apartment complex, nothing more, nothing less. It had a trail where tenants could walk or run, as well as a fitness room and a swimming pool. Though the decor of the place seemed stuck in time, it is a place worth considering.

This community is very nice with many activities to do. One thing really nice about this community is that they have three different pools. They have a fitness center and lots of equipment to work out and they also have a business center. I would recommend my family and friends.

It is nice and quite. The neighbors are kind and peaceful.
