I have already warned people about this apartment complex.

It is not horrible overall, the grounds need some work to improve aesthetics and for a referral bonus I would recommend anyone to move into a recently remodeled apartment at Montebello.

Great location, secure, love the amenities and prices.

Rent is far too high for what you get, plus all the extra fees don't make it any better. I would not recommend recently due to all of the noise complaints I have had to file with the office

The on-site personnel are tops. The location and setting are very good

We love it here, but we can't really recommend it because the apartments are so expensive.

I feel for the price, there are much better options in the area. The new apartments at Keystone Canyon, an example, offer the same amenities, updated and new units, for the same price.

I did recommend a person called Larry today. He might stop by at the leasing office.
