I would not recommend Montebello to my fellow peers due to lack of professionalism with the management company and unresolved maintenance problems.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are sorry to hear that we were unable to resolve your maintenance need. We strive to ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved quickly. In some instances the weather prevents us from completing the job or in other case we need to contract a vendor to take care of the repairs. Both of these scenarios it would cause us to take longer then expected.

I would recommend it for family and friends because it would be nice to have people I know living nearby. I find it extremely difficult to get to know neighbors.

Expect in winters even the thermostat set at 73° the apartment never really gets warm the insulation in the windows and doors is very very poor. And in the huge master bedroom there is one tiny vent to heat up the whole room and I huge drafty sliding door. So you have to dress warm even inside the apartment and use foot heaters constantly.

can't say anything really in a bad way, the place is always spotless, the workers out side are very nice.

Too expensive to be treated the way we are. The amenities are tops but I'd rather be treated like a person and have a less amazing gym or playground.
