I would never want friends or family here, it is a nightmare. From exorbitant cost of rent for the crap quality and lack of parking or accommodations to residents to the infestation of ants and spiders throughout the apartments. The cheaply made interiors fall apart and appliances are refurbished bottom of the barrel junk that don’t work.

The entire apartment complex is in dire need of updating and repair to the outside of the buildings the windows leak profusely doing any type of weather making it uncomfortable living situation and damaging personal property The maintenance team is completely incompetent when they do come to repair anything they don’t do it right plus they painted my brand new kitchen set when doing repairs because they don’t pay attention

Rent is very high

One of the reasons I came there was it was a gated secure community. The gate hasn't worked for almost a year now. Fix it instead of putting renovations into the clubhouse building where people seldom go, who are you trying to impress? This is an important feature that should be the reason for the exorbitant amount of rent gouging that is going on in this complex.

Bad parking, high rent

The parking is a nightmare for friends and additional cars each family member has.

I would not for a few reasons a) some of the charges are not mentioned when the apartment is rented b) the building across from mine keeps putting trash outside c)the ants are bad and there is no resolution that anyone in the office can do to correct this d)the valet trash service is not consistent and they are not very good at what they do

The only "would not" reason are the hikes in rental rate that all my neighbors have experienced.
