It's a great place to live. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests.

The very first thing I would tell them is to be prepared for HUGE rent increases at every renewal time. There appears to be no motivation whatsoever to keep tenants from one lease to the next. I understand about the Fair Housing regs, but it still seems extremely unfair that a tenant who has been there for two years has to pay about $75 a month more than if they were signing a brand new lease for the same size apartment. This is effectively an extra month of rent. On the other hand, I would tell them that it is a really nice place to live if you can afford it. Beautiful grounds, lovely, large apartments. Lots of closets, clean, well-kept, safe. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and always quick to respond. I also appreciate the many dog stations spread around the property. I like that there are charitable campaigns (Toys for Tots, Backpack Buddies, etc.), I only have 2 tiny complaints as far as the apartments themselves. I wish the built-in desks had a convenient cable connection (I was told it did before I moved in, but it does not), and the washer/dryers are really hard on my clothes. The delicate cycle isn't really very delicate. I love living at Inman Park except at lease renewal time. 20% increase in rent in two years is outrageous, and that whole process leaves bad feelings.

Inman Park is well maintained. It feels safe and the staff keeps you informed of what goes on in the complex. I've enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. I am going on my 6th year in residence and appreciate the staff and the amenities.The landscape work shows a pride in the complex and makes it feel like a home.

I'd probably say the following:
"Edgar, Inman Park is pretty nice. It's really quite quiet except for when a neighbor is in the shower and singing. When they're doing that, you might think they're in your bedroom serenading you, which is pleasant if they can sing, and unpleasant if they sound like a chorus of slowly-dying cats. Fortunately for me, my neighbor can sing. Unfortunately for me, she sings Justin Bieber. That's a life lesson for you, Edgar; Sometimes you'll have to listen to Justin Bieber.
"The only real complaint I have, Edgar, is that the internet connectivity is terrible. I mean absolutely terrible. I had Time Warner and switched to AT&T because Time Warner was just too slow. I was jumping up and down between 4mbps and 1mbps, which is terrible when you're paying for 16mbps. So, I switched to AT&T UVerse with a dedicated 16mbps fiber down, installed it, and have had constant battles of less than 100kbps only to find the wiring is bad in the apartment itself! Probably the case for time warner too, but we'll see. I'm still working on this.
"Oh, and one other thing-- the carpet is insanely cheap, and while mine was installed 3 months ago, whenever you run the vacuum over it you rip out entire lines of the carpet... So keep an eye out for that, Edgar."
"Other than that, it has been pleasant. Neighbors are wonderful, which is nice because I generally make a rule not to know my neighbors, but these ones are really quite enjoyable so I have decided to branch out a little. I'd like to tell you about the management, but I don't really talk to them except for when they're hunting down someone that's not picking up after their dog in my building. Do you have a dog, Edgar? If so you should probably pick up after it. No one likes stepping in poop."

Its a very nice place to live. Most importantly, it feels like home.

Only complaint is I can often hear my neighbors and smell smoke inside their apartment when they smoke on their balcony.

This is a very nice property. I strongly recommend the community.

I love my apartment so far, it's spacious, quiet and clean and the best part is that it's pet-friendly!

I really liked the community and what it had to offer. The pool table and theater room are bonuses. The apartments are nice size with large closets.

I was very impressed with this community. It is close to two malls, lots of restaurants, grocery and coffee shops. The staff was exceptional. The property is beautiful and is in a great neighborhood.

The community was clean and well maintained. The agent was informative and knowledgeable about the community as well as the home. She was professional throughout.

I've lived at Inman Park for 6 or 7 years now and absolutely love it. The apartments are upscale, have great layouts and features. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great pool and clubhouse. Until I buy a house, I'll be staying here. Honestly, you won't find a better place in Raleigh. Highly recommend!!!
