Inman Park was a lovely community in a very good location right in the heart of Raleigh. It had been kept up very well you would be geeting the top amenities for the money.

The community was well kept and the leasing office was nice and clean. The pool was nice and the pool was clean. The grounds were very well kept. Overall the property is clean, and not hard to find. Driving in it is very appealing.

I found this to be a very nice property, it appeared to be clean and well maintained. The larger square footage probably supports the price point. Personally at this price point I would opt for an elevator building with covered parking.

The moment I walked into the leasing center I felt at home. I was greeted and after looking at available apartments we went on a tour. What I saw of the community I liked it. It was cozy, and the staff made it feel welcoming. They even had beverages for quests in the model apartment. The apartment was very spacious and very nice.
