I was impressed with the spacious living room and dining room areas. The bike rental option and movie cinema was a nice bonus. The community atmosphere was nice and quiet.

The community is very clean and well maintained. The leasing professional was genuine, warm and sincere. I believed she cared if I chose to live at this community or not and asked me to lease. I felt this would be a nice place to live, and I could expect professional management from the staff. If I was looking for a new apartment, I would definitely consider this community.

The leasing professional was very professional and organized. The community had great amenities such as the theater, which was very inviting. The apartment had nice granite tops and high ceilings. I would love to live in this community. The curb appeal was excellent and inviting. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

I really did not like that the base price for the apartment did not include any basic services like cable and trash.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate hearing from various points of view. We have found that most residents appreciate our not adding cable or trash fees to their rent, as it gives them the option to explore alternate television services (such as Netflix or Satellite TV). Many clients prefer to take their own trash to the compactor at their leisure rather than being restricted to putting trash outside their doors at certain times/days.Â

I did not get to see any amenities in the community. Based on what I saw of the apartment, it appeared to be a good value for the rent being asked. There was a fair amount of room in the apartment and it was in a good location.

The grounds of this community were lovely. I really enjoyed the artfulness of the plantings and the cottage feel it projected. The apartments themselves were okay. The vinyl floors in the kitchen were a real turn off. The microwave was tiny and appeared to be an afterthought. The stove was an older bargain basement model. After enjoying the exterior of the community, the kitchen was a real disappointment.

Regarding the unit interiors, we are in the process of gradually upgrading the kitchen flooring with wood planks as well as the kitchen appliances with stainless units (and a larger microwave).
