My experience there with the leasing consultant that I visited with was pleasant and the tour was informative. The community had nice amenities.

The community was great for the price. As a customer, the only thing it was missing was an elevator.

The community was unique because it had attached garages. The community was clean and Emani was pleasant and professional I would prefer they have a golf cart to drive rather than having to drive your own car.

I felt the agent was going through the routine in presenting the community and apartment to me. She seemed to go down a checklist with little connection to me and the community. It appears the agent was rushing through the process and could have spent more time upfront building rapport and ask questions more. The agent was polite and was professional in demeanor and appearance. Her presentation lacked empathy with me, as a potential resident. There was little story about the on site management team, maintenance team, courtesy office and security matters. It was here is my information and take this home and let me know.

I felt that this property is exceptionally well maintained especially given it's age. It has a comforting "village" vibe to it, making it feel like a nice place to come home to, leaving the wild world outside.

Amenities were very well maintained and high end; with new and nice equipment and furnishings. The leasing professional was warm, hospitable, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the property and its amenities.

This community is a bit high end on the pricing spectrum but the features, benefits, spaciousness, and multiple closets make it well worth it. The leasing staff was very friendly and I feel like they would provide me with a great customer experience as a resident. The apartments offered in the way of amenities as well as options for units and almost each unit had something different to offer. I could see myself being a very happy resident if I moved to this community.

As a real customer, I was delighted with the presentation. I was treated with respect, and the agent seemed to care about my needs. When I had an objection, they had a suggestion. The apartment was spacious, and the new upgrades were very nice.
