The staff at this community were very confident and friendly. The property was really nice with a lot of woods and nice landscaping.
Do Not rent
I have lived in this complex for almost a year and am highly dissatisfied with the way this place is run. The staff may be friendly, but sure don't consider the comforts of their residents. The buildings are old, and they show their age. The water has a tendency to be cut off without warning, and even with warning, its happened at least 5 times in the past 4 months. The gym wreaks of old equipment, and smells like it as well. The pool area may look nice, and that's about the only good thing about this place.

I can understand how an emergency water repair would be upsetting considering the frustration of not having water, but it was an unexpected event and was repaired immediately. While the leasing agent was very pleasant in her presentation, she could have been prepared a bit better to show the property and apartment to a prospective resident.

The setting was truly beautiful and could not be beat. It was unique being close to everything but in a separate area that was very peaceful. The apartments were comfortable and I had a fantastic experience touring.

I thought the apartments were nice for the price. They need to spruce up the grounds. The grass looked dry, and the buildings need to be power washed. The fixtures in the apartment need to be updated.

The staff at this community were very nice. The leasing office was very well decorated and updated. The pool also looked very nice, and the fitness center was okay. While viewing the apartment, there was a big difference in the quality of the apartment and the leasing office. The apartment was outdated and needed new counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets were dated, as was the stove.

The property is extremely pleasant. The apartments have over-sized balconies or sunrooms, which can generously extend your living area.

My first impression over the phone was very pleasant, and I would want my community staff to be as nice as the agent I spoke with. To me the apartment community had an old feeling about it, although it did seem very well maintained. The leasing agent was superb.

This community is located near the edge of the city limits in Charlotte, off of a major highway, making access to the city proper very quick. The grounds are very wooded and peaceful and make for a quiet haven to be so close to the highway. The amenities are the same as just about everywhere else, except that the pool is larger than most. For anyone looking to live on the east side of town this would be a nice place to do so.

The community was well maintained. The leasing consultant was not knowledgeable and did not ask for my specific needs. During the presentation she asked for help with questions. I was not sold on the community and was surprised at the lack of care in handling my visit.

There was nothing compelling about this property that would make me choose it over another community. However, overall the property was well maintained and offered basic amenities. The amount of rent being asked for was equivalent to the value being offered. The level of engagement with the leasing professional was comfortable. She made me feel welcome at the community.
