The associate did a wonderful job of presenting this property. However, there were things I saw that would prevent me from leasing there. She mentioned that landscaping was done weekly, but there were a large amount of leaves everywhere, including the entrance to the leasing center, which made it a bit unappealing and obvious that landscaping had not been done at all this week. There was an empty beer bottle left on a picnic table outside the fitness center and an empty potato chip bag was on the ground next to the garbage can by the pool. The pool had a great deal of debris, which I assumed were leaves, at the bottom of it, and it looked very unappealing. The wood next to the car care center was a bit of an eye sore, and if I were a resident, I would be concerned that that area could also contain nails and other construction materials that could possibly damage the tires on my vehicle. Overall, the layout of the apartment was very nice; however, one could be deterred, given all of the small things that were out of place.

The agent presented the community effectively and positively. She gave me the impression that I would be happy living in the community.

As in every typical apartment, there are nit-picky issues, overall, it's a great apartment. very happy with my unit, location and the amenities. It's very convenient to shopping, uptown, 485, everything that I Need . Living right off 74 hasn't been an issue, though I can imagine there will be times. Its been a great choice for me.

My friend used to live here years ago and recommended this apartment complex. The staff is friendly and they fix my maintenance repairs quickly. I love the nature trail and 24 hour gym the most. I don't plan on moving any time soon.

The leasing consultant was very thorough in describing the amenities and features to me, and wanted to make sure I would see the benefit of having leasing staff and property management support.

I would say I can hear my neighbors having sex, using the bathroom, watching TV, etc. When I complain to the office they keep apologizing, but don't really do anything. I've had 3 leaks that came from someone else's apartment and I had to clean up the mess. Someone from the office said they would have cleaned it, but how when the office was already closed when I got home from work and you don't open until 9am. I only have one bathroom...so of course I cleaned and disinfected it myself. Would not compensate me for the inconvenience. A contractor the carpet layer used my bathroom when he was supposed to be laying the carpet because our maintenance men didn't stay with him even though I was told they would. The carpet was being layed because of the leak by the way. The water is always turned off due to emergency maintenance. I've had to put notes on my neighbors doors for the noise to stop and or call the police. I've even repaired my own shower curtain rod because they wouldn't send someone to put it back up immediately...was told to take a bath. Of course if I mentioned this, you wouldn't know what I'm talking about, because they guy no longer works there. Repaired my ceiling fan, because I don't want them in here after the toilet incident.

Decent accommodations for the price. Nice pool, decent neighbors, chosen because of access to the McAlpine Greenway. Most staff are friendly. My apartment was very close to Independence Blvd US 74 - very busy street. Loved the online maintenance and payment portal. Wish I had a sound barrier between my apt and US 74. Also wish the bugs were a little less invasive somewhat of a bug problem . Otherwise, again, great for the price

Maintenance is really fast , and effective, people at office are friendly.

The apartments are very outdated. The lighting upgrade was not really an upgrade. The rent is too expensive for what is being offered to the residents.

The place was dated. They did not have a huge clubhouse or even real business center that most apartment communities offer these days. I would still consider staying there because it was a small community, quiet and low key. The view from the clubhouse reminded me of a small town charm. That was my favorite part about the place. The leasing agent who helped me gave the best presentation. She represented the community well.

I could not determine based on my experience if the rent was really worth it. There were no apartments available for show and my tour did not include a look at the pool or fitness center.

The community was very much like a home sweet home. It was tucked away from the main highway. The leasing professionals were very professional, polite, and friendly. The amenities were great, and the pricing was great for the apartments.

I moved out over 2 months ago and been calling about my deposit. Hard to get a hold of the manager to get any answers. I found out yesterday that they were planning on withholding my deposit claiming I owe rent. Which is funny because I paid for the month and moved out on the 15th. I don't usually write reviews but this alarms me and makes me wonder how many people u do this too. I hope you can find a way to correct this lack of communication with renters and the random act of charging fees that don't apply. Im still waiting on that deposit...

I would lease this apartment. I felt welcome at all times.

The location of the apartments is good. However, the apartments themselves are dated and the appliances are old and cheap.
