Reviews

It's a nice peaceful plave

It was nice, a little outdated on the inside compared to the outside. The upkeep of the neighborhood was good with the exception of those that have pets that do not clean up after them that is annoying.

It is a nice place to start a life

Run, dont walk. get in while it is cheap.

Its a safe place but there are too many roaches

If they're fine with an exterminator having to come every other month and the fact that they raise rent on tenants that have never been late on rent or caused any problems then it's a great place to move in to.

The leasing professional gave a tour customized to meet my needs. The community was well maintained and appealing.

They need to screen their future clients better.

IF you donit mind living on the thirsd floor I recommed it, because, the walls and floors are thin.

The place is terrible to there residents.

Do not ever consider staying there. The staff in last 2 months has drastically changed for the worse. They leave potential renters who come look at the place waiting while Dawn sits at her desk and refuses to help them. She made 2 people I refered there wait until one of her agents came back from showing an apartment to another potential renter. My references were both on lunch and only had limited time to look. They told Dawn this and she said that they would have to come back or wait until her agents were back from other showings. She was not willing to show them a place herself bc she is management and she has other duties. This stopped 2 potential renters from moving in.
Dawn has not been there in a while, but for about a month she was always there. This is around December when she was still running this complex. I have been there for a year and know several residents. All used to like the staff, but ever since Dawn made changes and took over most residents are very unhappy with her service. She is constantly talking down to people and says she can't do anything about it when request help. She was willing to let me move out when my lease was last up over a $20 difference monthly. I explained was ok with increase just not ok with 7% max. I said if did at 5% I would stay and she said that it is what it is and was unwilling to even try to ask for it. I explained losing me over the difference makes no sense and I would think that keeping residents was worth it considering for a 7 month lease it was asking for a total difference in price of $210. It cost about that to prepare an apartment after a resident moves out to show and rent it to a new person. Even still didn't even try to help or convince me to stay. Said that if I wanted top move out it was my choice and to do what i needed to do,
She is just very unhappy and negative toward renters and is unwilling to leave her desk or office to help potential residents waiting to see an apartment, Many residents have said since Christmas time approximately that the willingness to help by staff has been way worse. Tiffany new manager seems pleasant and helpful. When Dawn was there though people felt like she was very unwilling to listen or understand them.

Inexpensive apartment complex that needs some TLC.

It is a nice place to live. Apartments are reasonably priced, but extremly basic. Many appliances are from the early '90s if not earlier. The community is gated, but people tail-gate you, just to enter. The office staff is very pleasant as well as the maintance staff.
The grounds are nice, but overall not really that appealing. They are pet friendly however charge a $20 monthly 'convenience fee'. There is a dog disposal dumpster, which is rarely emptied.

This apartment community is in a good area and has low prices. The leasing professional was friendly and personable. I loved how the patio came off of the bedroom. Overall the apartment was nice and for the money it was a good value.

I will be looking to move at the end of my lease.

I have lived here for more than 4 years. Since I have lived here, I have been in two different apartments. I loved living here for the first two years. Rarely did I have any problems. More and more recently, it seems that the complex has been going downhill. Sadly, my rent keeps going up. It is as if anybody can move in here. The amount of police incidents that I have personally been involved in has increased (my car was broken into and there was a shooting outside my apartment). For the last week the security gates at the front of the complex have been wide open. I addressed this before with management and it was updated and fixed. I'm not sure why they are not currently operational. The security lights on my building have also not been working for the past week. The darkness at my door and the stairwells is, for lack of better terms, scary. You just can't see who might be lurking about. And what has happened to the security detail? Last night I had a noise complaint, and there was nobody around to deal with it. I just don't feel entirely safe anymore. I never know when there is going to be noise, either from the neighbors above me or from random people in the parking lots. I am on alert for suspicious people. I shouldn't have to feel that way. I just want to live in my apartment and feel comfortable.

I visited the apartment community and found it to be a nice community. It had a long pool, fitness center and tennis court, as well as a nature area around it. The community was well kept. The prices were reasonable, and the apartment's layout was very nice.

This community had beautiful landscaping, and the grounds were clean. The residents seemed very happy in the office even when they were delivering their maintenance requests. From the telephone conversation to the on-site presentation, my experience was nothing but pleasant.

The community was located off of a major highway in a great location.

This was an older community but clean and a good value for your buck. It is not luxury but it is definitely nicer than most older ones I have seen around the area. The leasing professional assisting me was friendly.

This a convenient place to live. It is a very well maintained community. The people in the office seem to care that you are happy.

The staff at the leasing office was pleasant and friendly. I was given a great and well informed tour of the property and its amenities. Touring this property was an enjoyable experience. However, I feel as though the leasing office should represent what I would find in an apartment. The condition of the leasing office was flawless. It was neat and well kept. The actual apartment left a lot to be desired. Although the apartment was clean and tidy for showing, the cabinets, appliances and inner closet walls are very dated in need of renewing.
