The community was absolutely beautiful. The community was in a great location.

I would probably recommend this property to other people. The property was maintained for the age of the community. It would be nice to see more color and design in the landscaping.

This is a nice community to live in. The location is great for anyone who would enjoy a nice walk for exercise or to go the grocery store and restaurants. It is a small, quiet community, and the upkeep is super!

I was very impressed with both leasing professionals. They both made me feel like a person and not just a rental prospect and commission.

For the price, what struck me was the tired condition of the kitchen appliances. When I brought that up, the LPC professional said then all units would have to be updated and costs would be raised. For the price, I would have expected more upgrades and less older, tired fixtures.

This community was very nice and clean. The pool was clean and people looked friendly. The apartment was very clean and had nice carpet. I loved the fireplace inside.

The kitchen counters were not in good repair. The apartment was very outdated for the amount of rent that was being requested.

The community was older and the apartment itself was small and outdated. For the same money, I could live in a much nicer apartment elsewhere. The management was helpful, friendly and caring. The community itself might be wonderful to live in, but the apartment was so small, especially the kitchen, that I personally would hesitate.

This community was in a great location. It was close to schools and right across the street from a popular shopping center. The staff was very friendly and made everyone feel comfortable.
