Overall, the experience was a good one. The leasing professional was very friendly, courteous, and really wanted to get to know me and my needs.

There was nothing compelling about the community to make me want to live there versus any other property. However, I did like how the interior looked of the apartment I was shown. The leasing agent was kind, friendly, and personable. He made me feel welcomed at the property. The rental rate was a bit high for the size apartment and value I would receive compared to other communities. I would still recommend the community based on the upkeep of the property and upgrades inside the home.

I thought the apartment community was well maintained and neat. The location was great for shopping. Being off the the highway makes for an easy commute.

This has been one of the best properties I ve lived. After reading the great reviews online and receiving recommendation from a good friend of mine, encouraged me rent/reside at Berkshire Place. The staff especially Tonya is and has been awesome during the four years of my stay. Tonya demonstrates the true definition of a professional, caring, and polite Leasing Associate/Staff. The property/grounds have always been presentable and maintained. All of the neighbors are nice and very easy to get along with. I had to leave the property due to relocation. If I was to ever relocate back to Charlotte and seek for a property to rent, I WOULD come back to Berkshire Place.

I found the apartment to be very well presented, clean and upgraded. It was ready to move in, with freshly cleaned carpet and a washer/dryer. The grounds were nice and the location of the apartment was very good. I would rent there, because I was comfortable with the leasing agent. I did not feel overwhelmed and that made it refreshing. He let me ask the questions I cared most about.

The apartment floor plan was dated. The kitchen was closed off. There was no coat closet. The leasing office did not have a business center.

The location is great. The property is well maintained and the price is right.

Everyone that I met at the leasing oOffice was very nice and professional. The tour of the apartment and community was very positive. The management company sounded as if they were the best company around.

I can honestly say that I had a great impression of the community and Tonya. I thought the apartment upgrades were great, and I would really like to live there. The pool was nice. The fitness club was open 24 hours a day. The upgrades and amenities make the apartments feel more like luxury apartments.

This south Charlotte community has a relaxed feeling that is reflected in the many trees and shrubs on the property. The amenities are standard but meticulously maintained, as are the grounds. There is a natural buffer, a hill, between the buildings and the main road, which is very busy. This lends to the relaxed feeling because right there in the middle of a busy part of the city, one could comfortably rest after a busy day at work.

I really enjoyed the presentation of the leasing professional. She made me feel as though she really cared about helping today. She made me feel as though my visit was all about me.

The leasing professionals at this property are familiar with all of the residents, which creates a real sense of community and comfort. The inside of the apartments were better than expected, and the new upgrades really take this community to another level.

This property was very attractive. The new maple cabinets were beautiful and made the apartment feel like a home. The wood tile on the floor was beautiful and I felt that this property cared about the residents. Everything was very well taken care of and looked in good repair. The leasing agent was very personable and sincere, and was easy to talk to. She was careful to give me all of the details and they were easy to understand.

The community was very nice, I would definitely recommend it.

The community is situated in an area that is convenient to shopping, restaurants, post office etc.
