This community showed a bit of age, but was kept up nice and the upgrades were very nice. The leasing professional was great, and a very nice lady. She was exceptional.

The community overall was average and what I would expect from a community this age. The leasing professional was what made this experience great.

Conveniently located near I-485, Airport & SouthPark.but nestled in an area full of trees and shrubs. The staff is helpful and friendly and help you in a timely matter. This has been a good experience.

The community is nice and quiet. The neighborhood is well maintained if there is ever an issue with my apartment, the issue is usually corrected within one business day. Overall, this a FANTASTIC community, but I do have two complaints:

1. The staff never responds to e-mails. Ever! It's 2013 and we are in a technologically advanced society. Everyone doesn't have the time to stop by the office during business hours or call if they have a question or concern. If someone sends an e-mail, they should get a response back in one business day. Two business days at the most, but the staff here does not respond to e-mails at all. Also, off general principle, I think it's very unprofessional not to respond to an e-mail. What's the purpose of having a customer contact e-mail address if you never get a response?

2. The parking lot is very dark at night. There is not enough lighting in the community at night. This is a REAL safety issue. Yes, the community is a great community, but lack of sufficient lighting in the parking lot creates an atmosphere for crime, etc. Please consider installing additional lighting in the parking lots.

I made my payment online days before May 1st. I am NEVER late and I do not appreciate having a note stuck through my door about a payment that you did not receive. I phone call on the 1st would have been mpre professional. I realize now that I did not receive a confirmation email. I still made my payment on time. Now I am being charged a 5% late fee for the company's computer error?

The leasing professional was animated and engaging in her presentation both on the telephone and in person.

Overall, the apartment is a good decent apartment to live in but they need to update their appliances. The refrigerator, stove, and dish washer is out of date than other apartment complexs I have seen or stayed at, for the rent that they charges. But the area is quiet and peaceful.

The consultant was a little rushed with me. It was almost like she was pleasant over the telephone, but once on-site, she was a little short with her answers with me.

The staff is wonderful. The location is perfect. And it is a great place to live!

Its like living in an apartment with babysitters. Too many company workers always stay stalking residents.

I liked the leasing staff and felt they were informative. The community seemed to be being updated and was in good condition.

The amenities were standard and although well maintained, nothing special. The fitness area was small. The double tennis courts were nice. The pet playground was outstanding. The grounds and landscaping were fabulous! The beautiful flowers were eye-catching, and the grass was perfectly manicured. The agent was genuine and thorough. She had excellent rapport building skills and made me feel valued as a potential resident. The presentation was natural and engaging. The community was in a nice setting and projected a safe and enjoyable place to live. The rent was fair for the look of the community and the new features offered in the apartments. I would recommend the community due to the well maintained landscaping, overall cleanliness, and re-modeled apartments.

The outside area and the entrance were beautiful, giving me an inviting impression. The leasing professional was full of energy the whole time.

The community was nice but could stand to use some upgrading. Compared to other apartments, the price is not comparable.

The property is outdated but had beautiful grounds considering the age. The staff could be slightly more professional when first meeting you, but they were nice overall. If you are looking to stay in a modest but nice place, this is definitely a place to check out. If you need new updated things, then this is not your place.
