I would lease, based on the agent's performance. There were a few pieces of trash throughout the community.

I could tell the community was old, as soon as I pulled in. The buildings looked old and outdated. The agent that helped me was very pleasant and he did remember my telephone call. The tour was very pleasant and he was friendly, but there was no real urgency to sell me on the apartment. There was nothing in the presentation of the apartment that made me feel like I wanted to call this community home.

My perception of the apartment community was quiet and comforting. There was not a lot of activity and the telephones were not ringing non-stop. Because the community was small and contemporary, it seemed as if the leasing office would be able to cater to the needs of the resident at any time. The best feature was being approved for transfer to all apartments that were operated under that management company. That was a bonus. It made you feel more like family than another resident.
