I would recommend the apartment because of the presentation I received. The people who were living there seemed happy with where they were living.

For me the community was well kept but the amenities were not enough to charge so much for the rent. The apartment itself was mediocre.

I had a very good experience based on my interaction with the leasing professional. She related to me by agreeing with me on issues. She also listed to my needs and based the presentation on those needs such as a bigger bedroom, third floor apartment and decent view. She listened to me and made sure my questions were all answered.

I really liked the apartment and amenities. The customer service I received was great. I really felt that my presents was highly appreciated. Based on my experience, I would lease from this community and recommend it to my family and friends.
