The leasing agent was friendly and knowledgeable about the community. The amenities I saw were in good condition and attractive. The apartment was very nice and had a unique layout. The rental rate was a bit on the high side though. The location of the community was very convenient.

You get a lot of space for your money here. There are not a ton of amenities, but the ones that are present are well maintained. The apartment was in great shape.

This is a nice community at a good price. Lincoln Property Communities create a positive impression. This community seemed to be a good value. The outside of the building was as appealing as the inside. I would love to live there.

If I was a real customer, I would have leased the apartment home. I liked the enthusiasm and positive energy the leasing consultant displayed. I liked the floor plan, the amenities and the location. I felt welcomed in the community.

The community was hard to find, but an advantage was that it was secluded with very light traffic directly in the vicinity. There was vibrant dining and shopping areas nearby.

I love that all of your amenities are in your apartment such as washer and dryer. Also its dog friendly here and the staff is awesome

Cityscape's charm is something you see as soon as you pull up to the apartment. From it's location tucked in between highway 7 and the Greenway, there isn't much more you can ask for. The staff is awesome and the other residents are just as down to earth. With the pool space, bbq grills, and volleyball net, springs an summers are special times to remember. The upkeep of the property was excellent. The leasing agent was knowledgeable and personable.

Its all great. The grills outside could be fixed though.

I appreciate the management, caretakers and the housekeeper. Amy and Christine are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. For example, yesterday I brought home a new glass top for my desk and needed to borrow the dolly to get it to my apartment. Amy took me down stairs to get the dolly and then offered to help me put the glass desk top the dolly and transport it to my apartment. That was beyond the call of duty. I was very happy as I got my desk top safely to my apartment. They all help cheerfully and Suzie is always smiling. They make it feel like family.

At this community, it was all team work. If the leasing professional could not finish up on something there was another person who would take over.

The property itself was clean and looked well maintained. The amenities were great and I loved the virtual fitness room. That was something that I had not seen anywhere else and would love to use if I resided there. I enjoyed the tour and the leasing professional took great pride in showing me the property and apartment. I would have leased based on all aspects of my experience.

The landscape at this community was appealing. I liked the fact that this community was located on the frontage road. The community amenities were the latest and greatest. I really liked the virtual gym. What a neat idea!
