The rent was a bit high for the area in my estimation, but the community appearance and amenities would make it a good deal.

The staff was friendly, and the community was nice and clean. The entrance could have used a better sign and cleared directions to the entrance. The parking out front was completely full with nothing close, which was a bad first impression. I liked the fitness on demand. I have never seen that at another community. The apartments were a little dated for the price they were asking.

This was a nice community in need of a little work on the interior of the units but overall, it was clean and reasonably priced. However, the decks need replacing. The leasing professional, Amy, did a great job of persuading me to lease.

The leasing agent really was enthusiastic about the property, and it really made me want to rent there.

I would say that it's a great place and a great neighborhood to live in. Close to everything with a welcoming community. One of the best parts are the great amenities. Especially the hottub. I know that my roommates and I would not have been drawn to Cityscape without it.

This facility is in a decent location but the staff is much more concerned about finding new tenants than doing things that would benefit the current residents. The units are large with great features. If I was going to move in again, I would specifically choose a unit on the back of the building, as the front parking lot is very loud on weekend nights until about 3:30am.

I did think rental rates were a bit high, and having a available apartment to view could be a deciding factor.

I was not able to fully see what the community had to offer because there was so much construction/updating going on, but from what I could see everything will be new again. There were several nice amenities such as a 24 hour exercise room, a virtual exercise room, outdoor pool, both charcoal and gas grills, and fire pit. The down side was you pay all utilities on top of the rent.

The somewhat unique floor plan with corner kitchen offers some variety in the living configuration.

The leasing professional was very good and attentive. Her demonstration and sales skills were appropriate for my personality. I liked her. She was fun to work with.

This apartment community was very organized and very clean and smell fresh. The only concern I have is that it is still an all smoking community.

This community is centrally located to both Uptown and Dowtown Minneapolis, which has many activities and festivals to offer.

The apartments were very nice and spacious with unique architectural aspects. The fourth floor apartments have vaulted ceilings, which is very nice. The amenities are complete and clean. I would like living here.

This seems to be a very attractive and well-managed community. The community amenities were excellent, with an outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, large community center, business center and fitness room. There's also a great bike/walk path outside.

I liked the idea of the outdoor pool and courtyard.
