I just moved in December 2012 & couldn't be more pleased.
It is mostly because it is very quiet here. It's by far the best apartment I've ever lived in and I never want to move again.

The experience at the community was overall good, and I could see that it was maintained very well such that I would be comfortable living here.

I felt that the leasing professional was helpful and anticipated my needs. She asked me more questions than I had to ask her. She made the tour about me, not just the community. The property itself was lovely, and the amenities were appealing. However, the price of the apartment was a little high considering the distance in relation to Boston. I would likely live here temporarily while I sought apartments downtown, which would be somewhat less expensive and in an ideal location.

The property presents well. First impression is of an upscale living situation. The halls are large and wide. The units are clean with freshly vacuumed carpeting. The grounds are well kept. The common areas are clean and welcoming. The fitness room is well equipped. The pool was appealing.

The community was inviting and appealing. The amenities were comparable to that of other similar locations. The leasing professional was personable, friendly and naturally engaging. I felt the rent seemed a bit higher than average, compared to similar properties in the area.

I do not believe the high rent price was commensurate with the features. I was not impressed with the leasing professional's rushed presentation, and lackluster attitude. Sarah even walked ahead of me during the tour outside, rather than keep with me and ask some questions to get to know me better.

In my opinion there were not enough amenities or square footage to match the rate being asked.

This community needs major updating. The kitchen and bathroom are outdated. It would definitely be a plus if the employees showed future residents the whole place rather than just the apartment. The price is outrageous for a place like that.

It felt like the leasing agent was quite professional but a little scripted too. Great with answering any questions I had and pointing out amenities but no rapport was built. The facilities are quite nice and well maintained.

I thought it was a very nice property. It had just about everything that I would look for. The amenities were modest, but the apartments were large and came equipped with all modern appliances, including laundry, and offered exceptional storage. I also like the garage availability. The leasing professional also did a very nice job of showing me around and giving me all the information that I would need in order to make an informed decision.

I enjoyed visiting the community. I met some very friendly and helpful people on my tour.

The community is a very attractive apartment community.

The community was exceptional with great amenities. The grounds were great, and the apartments were lovely and bright. The community was new so everything was in exceptional shape. The pool was fabulous, especially when I visited on a 90° day.

The community sells itself when looking for a place to live. It is modern with high ceilings and large closets. As far as the leasing professional selling it, she highlighted all of the features but did not attempt to connect with me on a personal level. She remembered that I said closets were important, but she did not sell any other feature, other than just informing me of them.
