This a a lovely community with seven buildings. Each building had three floors but no elevators. The amenities are state-of-the-art. The community is very near lots of restaurants, shopping, and a major highway. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The apartments are large.

When I toured this community, I was very impressed. The community was professionally managed with leasing professionals who provided excellent customer service. The apartments featured stainless steel appliance and full size washers/dryers. The community's amenities were impressive, as well. I would undoubtedly recommend the community to others.

I did not really feel like the amenities were all that great in comparison to the communities in the surrounding area, they were the same as all communities. I probably would not recommend this community because the rental rate for a one bedroom seems pretty high without much supporting the high price. You do not get anything included in your rent and have to pay for all utilities. I did think the landscaping and grounds were really beautiful and offered great curb appeal. I enjoyed that the agent was very natural and pleasant and she seemed like she would be a good resource if I was a resident living on the property.

The agent offered a description of the community and surrounding areas, during the telephone call. To that end, I was eager to go on tour. She greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome and even had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The agent showed me two apartments, the model and a one bedroom. She said that a larger one bedroom would be available April 1 and she pointed out the location of the building, which was set high on the ridge. I was eager to return to see the spectacular views from the second floor apartment available April 1.

This was a great community that I could see myself calling home. This community had unique model designs that made me feel like I bought a house.

It seemed like the community did not offer anything that was different from similar properties. All in all, I am indifferent when it comes to recommending the property to others.
